Get a few good Law Dictionaries and look at the definition of words as used in courts of law.

Black's Law Dictionary, Bouviers Law Dictionary etc.

A 'person' is defined as a legal-fiction or legal-entity.

Be definition, a man (incl. woman) is not a 'person', but HAS a 'person'.

The 'person' is the vessel or vehicle that a man uses in law & commerce.
