@kylemistake It's not that I don't like the genre or want breakdowns and crap in it... It's that I think that it isn't a good song. Nothing stands out about it to me, there are so many bands in this type of genre that are wayyyy better then this. Just my opinion though, not trying to start an argument.
The band itself is awesome but the vocals do not sound as mixed as they should be. Almost ilke it's a Karaoke version. Vocals are on top of the mix which is not good imho. I would clean up the vocals for a better more mixed sound. The singer also sounds as though he did not use a spit shield so all the s's are popping making the sound awkward. Good luck with Rise x

children, calm down. good news is, if cheap girls isn't your deal, you can listen to one of the many other bands on this label, not to mention every other label. Good on RISE for signing this hard-as-fuck working band. They have paid their dues, toured their asses off, and found their musical niche that i personally love. chill out swoopy haircut kids, there will be more breakdown-crabby bands to sign sooner or later. let us reasonable, all-music loving people enjoy this signing.

@kylemistake It's not that I don't like the genre or want breakdowns and crap in it... It's that I think that it isn't a good song. Nothing stands out about it to me, there are so many bands in this type of genre that are wayyyy better then this. Just my opinion though, not trying to start an argument.

The band itself is awesome but the vocals do not sound as mixed as they should be. Almost ilke it's a Karaoke version. Vocals are on top of the mix which is not good imho. I would clean up the vocals for a better more mixed sound. The singer also sounds as though he did not use a spit shield so all the s's are popping making the sound awkward. Good luck with Rise x

@ZlZSniP3DZlZ what do you mean can they not find good bands? lol. the color morale, transit, sleeping with sirens, woe is me, of mice and men, ten after two, dream on dreamer, miss may i, decoder, memphis may fire, dance gavin dance,etc...If you dont like any of these bands, then your listening to the wrong record company man...you should ahve realized this by now...but I will say that I do not like this band at all.

@ZlZSniP3DZlZ Well, obviously you don't listen to everything, otherwise you'd recognize how much of a hardworking, talented band, Cheap Girls is. Grow up, take off your girl pants, and realize that "sweet breakdowns" are not a necessary condition for good music. Also, if you'll still like the rest of the garbage on Rise when you're an adult, I'll pity you.
