The concert wasn't bad everyone was talking and passing joints and having a great time and we all still managed to listen to the music, so maybe by your standards we don't understand just how great DMB but it was plenty of fun anyway .............and rest assured Kevin we were all real glad you couldn't make it.

Never been to one of Dave's concerts, But I will be at the journal pavillion on may 5th and I will talk as much as I want about what I want and after paying $100 for my ticket I dare someone to say something to me about it. but people In Albuquerque don't usually whine about such trivial things anyway.

Noise is one thing. Being drunk and obnoxious and talking through an entire set is completely different. What's the point of paying $70+/ticket to hear some asshole have a conversation for 2 hours? Or better yet, why spend $70+ to HAVE A CONVERSATION DURING A CONCERT YOU PAID $70+ TO ATTEND? It makes zero sense.

I think it might be that they don't know the song, so they can't sing along so they just listen and talk.

Personally, I barely heard any chatting around me where I was sitting that night, which was good, and the little that I did hear was usually drowned out by the music.

Most Amazing concert of my life this was the first DMB concert I have been to, I saw him with Tim Reynolds at Radio City last year but seeing him with the whole band live at MSG was incredible
