How to convert DVD movie to AVI / WMV / MP4 / 3GP / FLV

When I use AOA to rip just a episode from a dvd it takes like 5 or 6 hours, but with a movie it takes like a day. My video card isn't that great either, could that be why mine takes ages?

i bought an empty cd-r and i wanna burn songs so i can listen to them in my car but it sais invalid dvd the format on the songs is mp3 or mp4 ineed help!!!!!

I have a video.audio file that just won't convert to a visual video clip. First I use a software to retrieve these old files, but only some of them were visual video clip. The majority of them don't open, I get error messages from window media,vlc media,quick time, movie maker all of them. I've tried different software video converters and nothing happens just asking to buy the full package...please help,

Thanks for this video. But I have a question. Say you want to take "Part" of a scene from a dvd and make it into an FLV. How would you do this?

why dont u just edit the parts you want with Windows Movie Maker.

uploading any file to youtube will have it converted to FLV

then use downloadhelper to download it off of youtube in it's native format: FLV!!!!!! viola
