i know yiu were making a video and you would normally would do it abit different, but you dont need to tamp it so much. just tamp, a single tap on the side and a second tamp (put your weight into the second tamp. also you need to clean your steam wand straight after you use it or it will be harder clean properly after
I had the same gringer (KG100?) but found it couldn't grind fine enough for unpressurised baskets.
