  • With all of their technical and engineering genius, with all of their military power and powerful politicians (Kaisers and Fuhrer) Germany only managed to START wars, but never actually WIN them.

    Deutsch Reich = futsch Reich

  • @BcallingDB Nobody wins a war, and the AUSTRIAN of Hitler started the war, not the Germans. And the Germans didn't start World War 1, it was the Austro-Hungarian Empire that started due to an assassination of their ruler.

There is no bad countries, nations or states, only bad rulers.

  • Go to Poland. I went there a few weeks ago and it was very interesting.

Everyone should have visited Aushwizt and Birkenau in their lifetime.

It is more than breathtaking what the nazis and the SS did.

  • THIS clip is nothing more than another american propaganda , nothing was told about the ratio of germans killed to the poles who were killing germans 5 to 1, only technology was what gave germans the victory , what about the russians , english ,ect , fucken american jews, we poles should of killed them our selfs and with hitller deafit the soviet for what they did at katyn ,

  • @ateista72 american jews started d day at normandy. fuck that. the soviet union won WW2 :)

  • @ateista72 The Germans didn't only win because of their technology, but because of the surprise attack on the Poles whom knew nothing of the attack, and let's not forget that the Russians attacked them from the East. Poland was fighting a Two-Front War, and her allies did nothing else than declaring war. The Germans also developed the tactics that ensured them the victory. And what was done in Katyn was brutal, was it somekind of revenge for Poland's annexations before the war?

  • CHAMBERLAIN TRAITOR!

  • This invasion was justified - those dirty Poles may have had WMDs and had nothing to do with 9/11! Warsaw deserved "Shock and Awe"! Serve Your Country! Freedom Fries!!!

  • Actually, the invasion wasn't just an easy wak in the park. Germans had to modify their plans twice, because not everything went as they had planned.

    And their losses were, roughly:

300 destroyed planes + similar number of damaged (at minimum; various other sources give higher figures),

    400 artilery and mortars,

    1000 tanks and armored cars,

    11000 cars and motorcycles.

  • linker anyway, what is your creed? You smell kinda funny. As I said we had no obligation to fight to advance interests of Russian, French or English traitors. Just seat back, relax and enjoy the ride. Do you frequent Czech treads also where you poke their eyes with aid they provided to Nazi war machine over the 5 year period? I bet not. So STFU, as simple as that.

  • I know the is untrue, but the Germans claimed the crush Poland easily. Before the Bismark sank a Polish destroyed sent a message to them "I am a Pole". Monte Cassino was taken my Polish troops when nobody else could. The Poles prevented the Germans from escaping False and saved the British from destruction in Operation Market Garden, And we even fought in Berlin. Yet many know as just as much as this the video says...

  • @buildingeverything

    >Monte Cassino was taken my Polish troops when nobody else could.

Whats your opinion, why Anders army began formation in 1941, bertrayed USSR during Stalingrad battle in 1942 and leaved USSR, and got it first battle against Germans only in 1944?

  • @163linker oh so it's the Pole who betrayed the Soviets, that' funny.

  • @buildingeverything

According to Sikorsky-Maisky agreement - yes, he should fight in USSR.

  • @163linker and that made them allies? If the USSR didn't put barley any effort into helping the poles out of Siberia, that' treaty was in 1941, first major engagement with the poles in the east was in 1943. Plus they wanted the fight for Free Poland, and not for a country that stabbed them in the back only a few years before.

  • @buildingeverything

    >and that made them allies?

Yes, read clause №4 of Sikorsky-Maisky agreement 30 of july 1941: Polish army should stand in USSR and fight. Anders violated that agreement.

  • @163linker Like when the Soviets were allies to the Germans. DO you think that Treaty made all Poles like Russians. Still unofficially they weren't allies, the soviets did little at first to get the Poles fighting. Why then did the Soviets kill all the Polish Freedom fighters in Poland, weren't they official allies?

  • @buildingeverything

    >Like when the Soviets were allies to the Germans.

There is a big difference. Military alliance means, that you must fight for other state. Sikorski obligated Anders army to fight in USSR - it was an alliance. Where have you seen any obligations of USSR to fight for Germany? Even in faked secred protocols there are no obligations.

    >weren't they official allies?

Already never, because in 1943 Londons Poles supported Goebbels in Katyn, and USSR broke relations with them.

  • @163linker The Poles didn't support Goebbels, but both know that the Soviet committed the crime. The Russian did help the Germans in a few ways anyways. And why would it be faked if there are additions to it like the "German–Soviet Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Demarcation" that was supported my the Soviets actions.

  • @buildingeverything

    >The Poles didn't support Goebbels

They agreed with him. That made a big propaganda effect in Europe, many axis soldiers never surrendered or deserted - thanks to Londons Poles. Their duty of member of antihitler coalition was to reject german propaganda action, even if Poles in Katyn really were killed by Russians. Victory in World War is more necessary.

All 3 additions: partition of Litnhuania, about polish agitation and about german citizens were also faked.

  • @163linker Yes they didn't support him, but agreed to him, plus the independence of Poland was still a big issue, heard about Operation unthinkable?

  • @buildingeverything

They agreed with him means they support him.

Yes, so what? But Americans and English never had any changes to defeat USSR, thats why they never attacked.

  • @163linker No they both knew that the Soviet did it, but didn't actually directly support each other,

and yes, it showed how much that fancy Polish Soviet pact made them "allies".

  • @buildingeverything

    >No they both knew that the Soviet did it

And declared to all the occupied Europe, that Soviets did it. Isnt it supporting of Katyn propaganda operation?

  • @163linker ...both saying it for different causes.

  • @buildingeverything

Dont be sure. German cause was an attempt to shatter antihitler coalition.

Lets look on polish variants of causes:

    1) They were stupid and never thinked, that their actions could prolong World War and kill new millions.

    2) They had their own politics, hated USSR and wanted to shatter antihitler coalition.

    3) They worked on Germans, and also wanted to shatter antihitler coalition.

What variant is more trustfully for you?

  • @163linker We Poles do not do that. We are honorable people, our politicians follow. Biggest problem was getting involved into franco-english game of liars. Czech option should have been selected instead of buying yer time with our blood. Time that have been wasted anyway

  • @HauptmannKloss

Can you formulate your questions more clear? We have talked with @buildingeverything about polish-german propaganda operation with Katyn. So what it have general with your posts about French, English and Russian traitors and wasting time?

  • @163linker It wasn't a Joint Polish-German Propaganda campaign, just both countries knew the truth that the Soviet did it, when the soviets say otherwise.

  • @buildingeverything

Hello dude, hows your exploration, how Poland will defeat Germany, if Soviets never entered 17 of september?

Germans really knew, that Poles were killed by Germans. Dr Goebbels directly ordered to remove all evidences, what never support their version. Poles also knew about German responcibility. Killed Martini and Zorya shows, that Londons Poles really feared to be unmasked.

  • Why are we not learning from past mistakes? We let Hitler get away with everything from Jan.1933 to Sept.1,1939. Because the west threatened but did nothing, Hitler killed 60 million Europeans. Why are we NOT stopping Ahmadinejad NOW? Yes, his oil is important but the Judeo-Christian ethic is MORE important and unless we take out that Persian Hitler, WWIII will happen.

  • I read once the poem of an German soldier who was fighting in Polen in 1939. I don't remember the author, but the title was "Polenland, Polenland". It talks literary about the Polish rivers red with blood of "deutsche Helden und Soldaten" (German heroes and soldiers). It was not so easy as in this stupid movie - almost 600 planes, ca 1000 tanks and armed vehicles, and probably much more than the official 17 000 troops.

  • Poland was the unluckiest in Europe, fell between 2 ugly giants.

  • I judged the Poles by their enemies. And I found it was an almost unfailing truth that their enemies were the enemies of magnanimity and manhood. If a man loved slavery, if he loved usury, if he loved terrorism and all the trampled mire of materialistic politics, I have always found that he added to these affections the passion of a hatred of Poland. She could be judged in the light of that hatred; and the judgment has proved to be right. GK Chesterton

  • You can read almost everywhere that poland was starting to improve the resistance, but when the comies kicked in it was no use. And about distroying the weapons - most of it was destroyed or buried - german soldier was using the same carabine ( mauser ) as polish did. But I have to admitt, that most of the weapons showed as loots where polish -uniqe material! And yes, the events of september 1939 will hapen again in France, Grece, Norway, Belgium, Holland, Africa, Russia, Serbia, and almost GB!

  • like some/many said before me.. no word of the soviet invasion of east poland!? nice lil propaganda movie! and by the way.. if the french and english would have stood by your side like they said history would have turned out different but they didnt attack neither supported the polish

  • German invasion of Poland was a joke to them. They invaded with these light tanks they first made for testing. The iconic Tiger and Panther tanks came out later. It was cheap an easy victory

  • @PesarTarofi i want to remind you something 17 sept. red army backstabed us we were surrounded by enemies from all side but still Germans had to pay with tons of blood for this victory and german tanks like panzer1 and 2 was really easy to destroy even for anti tank rifles(ur). Our tactic was to stop Germans untill we will get help from cowards from west but they betreyed

  • Jeszcze Polska nie zginęła ........ Wiwat POLSKA

  • What happen to the Poland army that had surrender? Did they die?(as in was murdered or sumting)

  • @Blackcandlez Concentration camps on the German side, most of them died, and on the Soviet side, where the Polish army was taken as prisoners of war, 10, 000 higher ranking officers were killed for absolutely no reason in Katyn. The remaining Polish army continued fighting Germany all around the world, in the Battle of Britain, Polish air forces participated, in Italy, Africa, etc.

  • @atheniandp everything ok, but in Katyn, Miednoje and Patichatki, Soviets murdered 21 768 polish citizens, no 10 000.

  • Fun like always no word of Soviet invasion.

  • manfredW you nazi or sumthing when you in hell tell hitler he needs to get a new face

  • 70 years ago today...wow

  • these events shall never happen again... MY Ass!!!

How about communist dictatorship of poland JUST 6 YEARS After???

  • The speaker of this "Dokumentation" sound american....

  • It is an american propaganda movie with german shootages still during the 2. worldwar.

  • Zauważcie że nie ma ani słowa o sowieckiej agresji na Polske. Film pochodzi z 1943r. a wtedy amerykanie i brytole jeszcze lizali dupe towarzyszowi Stalinowi.

  • jak widze ta zlozona bron to az zal w sercu...

  • what can you do germans have invader in their blood. it's history. the old history in the modern world. barbaric invaders overthrowing the realm. next it will be aliens from outer space.

  • The last lines are pretty funny. "The allies are fighting.... so that the events of Semptember 1939 never happen again". They did make an exception for France, Belgium, Holland, Denmark and practically Norway, though ...

  • hahahaha exactly :D pussies :D

  • if germany needs russia to conquer poland why is it that germany was 1 battle away from victory in USSR

  • German army in 1939 was not the same like in 1941 or 1943... In 1939 most panzer was Panzer I or II. You need Soviets before 1939 and in 1939 too. When conquered countries worked for Nazis German army was stronger but the most crazy idea of Nazis was that Germany could win with USSR in 2 world war. Germans has to small population to conquer and control USSR... but They want conquer whole world... It wasn`t possible.

  • i agree with you that germany did not hav a very large army but all historians say they had the most trained army which was true and they had the best tactic blitzkrieg which won them france and west poland but since blitz did not suceed in USSR they failed and even if they did win they would not be able to go any further without drafting troops from nazi controlled countries. the Axis would not hav been able to control the whole world

  • Thats true German army was very good and soldiers has high level of training. Maby in case of France We should talk about German Blitzkrieg but in case of Poland that was German-Soviet Blitzkrieg. In 1939 Blitzkrieg was just declared. In practise without Soviet agression on Poland this war was much longer.

  • yeah we see ur point. if it wasnt for the soviets germany would never had conquered poland. i think its common sense in poland. but maybe one day u will leave ur country and u will see, that the opinion of the rest of the world differs from yours.

i just see that u are undoubtly full of hatred because u failed miserably in ww2. get over it

  • @ManfredW

If it wasn't for the treacherous Soviets Germany woul've had to fight

    2 or 3 months.

1)The Soviets let you use the radio station in Mińsk from

the very first day of the war to navigate your planes.

2)There were Jewish,German,Ukrainian and some Belarussian diversionists

that had to be taken out,not only the Germans. Those diversionists even

managed to take some towns and villages.

    3)You're very courageous.Conquering a much weaker country.What

    bravery!

  • @PolskiNarodowiec1985 u lost. just to let u know

  • @ManfredW Just to let you know, we didn`t lost. There was no capitulation, just a capitulation of Warsaw showed in German propaganda like it was a general one.... The goverment and a part of army retreated to Romania and than to France.

Until the Yalta agreement the Polish goverment was acknowladged by every state, of course with exception of Germany, even Italy and Hungary were recognisisng it.

  • @MaximusProteus u lost the war for poland... even if u retreated somewhere else. it was not a war to extinguish the polish race. so i dont get ur point, polands army was deafeated and fled. whats ur definition of losing? capitulation? u can lose even without capitulation. bad reasoning. why are u poles so ignorant and stubborn when it cvomes to ww2. like anyone cares. get ur ass up and do something for poland NOW instead of arguing about the past which u cant change

  • @ManfredW First of all, i`m responding on a comment you made FIRST, so don`t tell me such a crap.

Secondly i`m fed up with your superiority complex and ignorance on such things i mentioned, which is actually promoted by British and French as well, just to excuse thier incompetence. Soviets neglated it for other reasons. That`s all an insult to our veterans.

You won a battle and lost the war, period.

  • @MaximusProteus you lost... :-( its no complex. lol its just convinient for u to twist around the way of seeing the reality. thats shrewd and that makes u ignorant. but hey u wouldnt be ignorant, if u knew and realize what u are doing so talking with u about this topic is useless. mighty poland was fucked in 2 weeks. and now cry more ^^

  • @ManfredW 2 weeks? And you call me an ignorant? HAH

It`s no twist or whatever, that`s how it was. I know very well what i`m talking about and i`m proud of our forces on exile kicking your butts in Battle of Britain, Tobruk, Falaise, Breda, Monte Cassino and the rest of Italian campaign, i`m even proud of these fallen soldiers in Arnhem, in French campaign, in norway and all the other places they fought.

If you can`t respect our soldiers, we have nothing to talk about, punk.

  • @MaximusProteus u lost. and still: i love u

  • @ManfredW Sorry, i`m hetero :P

No, as far as i know Germany lost WWII, or am i wrong?

  • @MaximusProteus germany lost vs usa, soviet russia and great brittain. japan lost vs the usa. the rest (poland, france etc) were just mere peanuts and are just worthy of a side note in history books. that they (mostly poles and french) rumble and claim that they were "super strong" and the ppl living in that country "the most beautful ppl ever" and other pitiful comments shows that losing a war 50 years ago hurts their pride still today. get over it maybe?

  • @ManfredW ... stop insulting our veterans you cocky ignorant !

I have no damn complexes of "ubermensch", i don`t have to write everywhere that YOU lost your stupid war and ended up destroyed, occupied and divided for 40 years... It`s you who brags about victory in a campaign that doesn`t matter for you, so who`s writing the 'pitful' comments here ?!

You can`t hurt my pride, in opposite to you we don`t take our pride on a primitive culth of strenght, we praise moral values like honor.

  • @MaximusProteus yeah u were destroyed in 2 weeks! 2 weeks! even the french lasted longer... :-(

  • @ManfredW Ignorant boaster, read some book or at least wiki. France and Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, British Expeditionary Force and restored Polish army unfortunatelly didn`t lasted longer and surrendered for real (not just in German propaganda)...

  • @MaximusProteus i wont read the book "sore losers and why they think that they always won" :-)

  • @ManfredW ... Germany lost the war, period.

  • @MaximusProteus sore loser sore loser xD

  • @ManfredW

actually four weeks, last point of defence (Hel) stopped their fight at 2nd of October which gaves one month of fight. Funny is that Warsaw was defending longer that all France :). Maybe it would better if you although READ some books :]

  • @ManfredW

4.Our allies didn't help us as was planned and

that was very important to our defense plans.

That the allies' planes would devastate western Germany

and the Franco-British armies would invade it by land and therefore

relieve the Polish front. As we know that never happened.

5)The border between Poland and Germany was a nightmare

to defend it;very long and curved.

6)The rivers were almost dry because of a hot summer.

7)Germany had the advantege of a first strike.

  • @ManfredW

    8)Poland was surrounded from 3 sides:the west,south and north.

9)Poland's territory was (and still is) almost all flat instead of

the south where there were (and still are0 mountains.

9)Poland had mobilised only about 70% of its forces because

the allies were frightened that a full mobilisation would 'provoke' Germany.

The mobilisation was postponed from August 29th to August 31st.

And the roads were full of moving troops heading to the border.

  • @ManfredW

10)Look at Poland's potential and compare it to yours. It was like a man fighting a huge Satan (that's Germany naturally!).Poland was at that time the 10th most powerfull country by GDP.Germany was 3rd..Poland's potential was 1 and Germany's was 4,5.

    Ps.You germans've always BEEN LITTLE DOGS-COWARDS WHO

ATTACK ONLY THOSE WHO ARE MUCH WEAKER THAN YOU!!

Poles've always been much better soldiers than Germans because we've

always been fighting numerically superior enemies and won.

  • Battle of Mokra 1939 - polish Volhynian Cavalry Brigade equiped 37mm Bofors gun and 7th Infantry Division won with Germans: 1st Panzer Division, 4th Panzer Division, 31st Infantry Division

  • you are typical

  • The British and French should've sent aircraft or soldiers to help the Poles in their fight. the Poles fought so hard, thinking that help was on the way when it wasn't. That poor country was carved up between Germany and Russia and really didn't gain its freedom again until the Nineties!

  • @Clevinger67 The reason why the didnt send it, it was too risky and Hitler had already made a agreement with russia

  • @HarmonicaWarrior

Poland and UK signed alliance in april 1939, English had 4 months to relocate air forces, before pact Molotov-Ribbentrop.

  • @163linker It would always be risky sending Brit Planes or Ships across German Territory

  • @HarmonicaWarrior

Was it so dangerous to send planes across Baltic sea to Poland during peace time?

  • Comment removed

  • @163linker @163linker During Germany's Rearmament Britain could do nothing but watch after the Treaty of Versailles Hitler tore it apart piece by piece from the Rhineland to the Anschluss of Austria. Germans were getting stronger and stronger by the minute i don't think submarines and bombers were used for defensive purposes. At at that time most people wanted to stay away from war after the horrible first world war in which so many generations were still scarred from

  • @HarmonicaWarrior

You never answered. Was is too dangerous to give Poland some planes and tanks across Baltic sea during summer 1939?

Next question: was it too dangerous to declare war on Germany 1 of september? Not to wait 2 days.

Third: was it too dangerous to bomb Ruhr by bombs, not by leaflets?

Fourth: Why UK demanded Poland to cancel total mobilization, when Poland declared it 29 of august 1939?

  • @163linker Yes Hitler was taking a gambel with taking Poland as he did taking the Rhineland and Austria,

I don't need to answer all of these questions, British politicians at the time time agreed 50-50 on what they should do some argued why should they take action in Poland Hitler is doing what any self-righteous person is doing and others say hes is completely tearing up the treaty of Versailles, Still to this day people argue and discuss what was the right thing to do,

  • @HarmonicaWarrior

So, may I understand, that you answered 'no' on first three my questions, and only British politicians prevented to destroy Hitler, when he was little?

  • @163linker At that time Hitler wasn't Little, and those questions had nothing to do with Britain not sending vital aid to Poland's support, Hitlers Forces were stronger than the Brits at that time and the French were not keen to join Britain, Mussolini had already invaded parts of Africa and former British colonies like Canada and Australia were questioning to join Britain, Britain would need some support on dealing with Hitler, They couldn't do it by themselves and needed time to talk with othr

  • @163linker Hitler was seen as taking Germany terriortary which had been stripped off Germany after the first world war. In 1918-19, after World War 1, a large part of Germany was transferred to Poland. In most of these regions the population was ethnically mixed and some of the area was largely German. Hitler wanted the territory returned to Germany.

  • @163linker The overwhelmingly German city of Danzig had been detached from Germany and turned into a Free City in order to guarantee the Poles access to the sea. Also As a result of #1 East Prussia was cut off from Germany, which, in the eyes of German nationalists, created an unacceptable Polish corridor running through Germany.

  • @163linker If the policy of appeasement worked we would be sitting in a different story thats why Britain didn't declare war sooner

  • @HarmonicaWarrior The fact remains that Britain and France let Poland down. Not a single British soldier set foot on the Continent until well after the Polish surrender and the Germans used this fact for propaganda. They came up with a poster portraying a battle weary, wounded Polish soldier who is gesturing toward the battle carnage behind him saying, "England, this is your work!" while Chamberlain turns his back on him. Arnhem, Monte Cassino, Normandy -they were there.God Bless the Polish!

  • @Clevinger67 Yes, you do realize we reached that conclusion a while ago

  • @Clevinger67 All they had to do really is Bomb Germanys western borders or towns on the Rhine . The german high command was really affraid of that happening and they even admited they werent ready on the western border in any way. They gambled and it payed off.

  • @Div303 Yes, you're right. The British and French could've seized the opportunity and struck in the West. The French had the largest army in Europe, with the most, and best, tanks. They had the Maginot Line, as well as months to prepare for the German attack - or launch an attack themselves.Yet they lasted only six weeks; just four weeks longer than the outnumbered, outgunned Poles with their tiny army. It goes to show who the real fighters were. And there were the Vichy French, etc. Shameful!

  • @Clevinger67 cough cough, Poland lasted 5 weeks, Sept 1-Oct. 3, so France lasted only 1 week longer then Poland, and Poland was fighting the Germans AND Russians, and had France had help from Britain. But Vichy France was really... Well you know what I mean ;)

  • @buildingeverything France (and not Vichy France which came as a result of military defeat) was probably more realistic about its chance of winning (0 chance), simple as that. Not to mention that 1) help from Britain was inexistent after its army had been crushed on the field in Dunkirk. 2) Poland was basically crushed even before the USSR attacked.

  • @wollin20 The bliz pushed the poles back, but the military situation in many cities like Warsaw and Lwow were pretty good, with the Germans not making much progress after Sept 14th, and the Germans were about to run out of bombs they stocked piled for the campaign. Not to also mention the urban fighting and mountain fighting in the Romanian bridgehead, which the Germans were terrible at the time, would let Poland last much longer, especially since Romania was an ally.

  • @wollin20 oi...

    1) So your saying the French lost because you lost...

    2) Shows what you don't know, yes Poland was badly beaten, but with the weather and fighting environment starting to favor them, and without the rest of the Polish army being surrounded because of no Soviet attack, Poland wasn't entirely beaten. And this isn't the same German army fighting in Barbarossa, it's 1939.

  • @buildingeverything So what you say is that Germany could not fight Poland? You are crazy. You are a crazy drunked Polish sicko.

Hitler had an army that coulf fuck 10 Polish countries and still they would fuck another one.

Poland as a country is a pussy with no balls. Even today you guys sell your ass a lot.

I stand for Germany that it fucked so many of you.

    Sieg Heil.

  • @KoSoVaAnGeL Man, you just make up stuff and add in swears just because you don't like Poland, I love people like you because other people read your stuff and know what is wrong. Thank you :)

  • @buildingeverything...I am not saying i do not like Poland. I have nothing to do with Poland because it's far away from me. What I am saying is that I do love Germany more than any other country in the East and also some in the West. When I see Poland being so big it makes me sick because most of the West Poland is and was German land for many years.

Find anyone from the west who would not agree what I say and I will shake your hand. We all know that Germany is the heart of Europe.

  • @KoSoVaAnGeL What I hear, the center of Europe is the Czech republic, Slovakia, Poland, and maybe eastern germanyish, but more specifically around Krakow. Yes most of what was western Germany is Poland, all Poles know that, but Poland had nothing to do with the WW2 border changes. Why are you disgusted of Poland if it was the Soviets (the occupiers) that did it? Look at a map of the Third Reich, they think all of Poland is German land, and Germany did that. That's disgusting.

  • @KoSoVaAnGeL and what?

  • At present -- Poles would still beat Russians:

    tanks:

the PT-91 M or Pendekar (upgraded Malaysian version) was chosen by Malaysia over the upgraded South Korean K-1 and the Russian T-90, export version.

Besides T-91, 38--million--people strong nation possesses over 120 German Leopard 2's and will end--up possessing 216 Leopards within the next couple years.

Russians on their own have won no war!

On their own, hey lost against tiny nations of Japan, Poland, and Afghanistan.

  • Hihi I like this, but there's more to it.

  • Battle of Szack took place on 28SEP1939. The Polish Border Defence Corps under Gen. W. Orlik--Ruckeman 4000 strong including atrillery met with 52nd Rifle Division.

Poles lost a few tracks, 350 man, and 900 were wounded. Soviets permanently lost 7 tanks, 33 more were hit/disabled, 500 men killed, 1600 wounded, several guns and AFV's lost.

When nazi learned of this...they could not, but look down at the Soviet Military not being able to deal with already beaten enemy's border guards -- a joke!

  • Russians neither in 1920, nor in 1939, nor at present have been capable of beating Poland as long as Poland would stay on the counter--attack defense

Russians knew of their military inferiority to Poland, and had no choice, but to beg the nazi to help them avange the War of 1920.

The nazi in an act of spitful mercy aided the Soviets.

The performance of the Soviets in Poland in September and October 1939 and in Fnland made them even speculate about taking Moscow with one panzer spearhead!

  • Belarussian was the official language of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania for the longest period of time during the existance of the Polish--Lithuanian Commonwealth.

    1. Ukrainians wanted their own state. They neither wanted Russian, Soviet or White, Overloards, nor the Polish Overloards.

The Ukrainian nationalists between 1943 and 1946 fought against the Soviets, Poles, and Germans.

    2. Belarussians did attempt to create their own state in 1919, but Poles and Russians made the attempt abortive.

  • Every nation commits foolish errors;

    1. Poland's was taking over Ukraine as of late 16th century.

    2. Czechoslovakia's (34/35) and France's (36/37) refusal to the proposed by the Poles preemptive war against the Germans that Poland was proposing in between 1934 and 1937 when it was realistic.

    3. Slovak, Hungarian, and Serb and other Slavic and Ugric support of the nazi Germans (exclude the Finns who played everyone against the middle and like Romanians were forced by the Soviet agression).

  • 2 main reasons for the partitions of Poland--Lithuania during the late 18th century:

    1. The before--mentioned transfer that lead to the Ukrainian Kozak (lesser nobility, in rare cases even rich nobility, not true peasants -- do not confuse with the Russian Kozaks or "Kossacks") Uprising and eventually disappearence of Ukraine under Russia; Russians called Ukraine in the 19th century "south--western districts of Russia");

    2. The Nortern Wars against the Scandinavian/Swedish Empire.

  • Soviets cured the Ukrainians from believing into the Slavic Brotherhood by murdering 4 to 7 million Ukrainians during the early 1930's through an artificial famine.

Following the logic that the Poles are Slavs like Russaians are Slavs, the Poles should be a part of the lesser Russian Empire like the Lukashenko's Belarus is, and not emembers of the European Union and NATO.

The transfer of the administration of Ukraine from Grand Duchy of Lithuania to the Polish Kingodm -- was a grave mistake

  • Ukrainians do believe that Russians do originate from the Kieve Ruthenia and not vice versa. Therefore, Russians do originate from Ukrainians...

...Russia has more to do with the Duchies of Moscovy and Novogrod.

Ukraine and Belarus were parts of the Polish--Lithuanian Commonwealth for over 250 years when Russia was just Duchy of Moscovy and Duchy of Novogrod.

The Russian Empire takes its roots as late as the late 15th century.

In 1610 Poland--Lithuania captured and held Moscow for 1 year.

  • 3:35 Ur anti tank rifle. The bullet speed was 1300 m/s. That was enough to pierce any of german tank in that time.

  • The Soviet army took in 1939 from Poland what Poland stole from Soviet Russia in 1920 - Western Belorussia and Western Ukrain. These are territories populated with Belorussians and Ukrainians. So, there is nothing more to add. (Both Belorussians and Ukrainians originate from medieval Russians. Also, contemporary Russians originate from medieval Russians.)

  • Poland owned Belarus and Ukraine.. The Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth had a large territory.. Russia, Austria, and Prussia annexed Poland after they attempted to turn into a democracy.. So no, it was always Polish territory, Russia stole from Poland.. They are no different than the Nazis.. Fuckin backstabbers!

  • In the Middle Ages the territories of Ukraine and Belorussia were independent Russian states, which Poland invaded when the other Russian states were in war with the Mongols. Slowly from 16th century Russia began gaining these territories again and in the middle of 18th century Russia got back all its land from Poland. These teritorries are not populated by Polish people. If you want other people's land you may not wonder when some day in the future Russia separates you country.

  • Your false history is quite amusing.. lol! Russia began regaining these territories? Funny, wasn't Moscow occupied for like 2 years too? Poland didn't invade them. Poland was given control of Ukraine from Lithuania when they became a Commonwealth.

  • most of the Germans you see here will be dead in less then 6 years and they all look young!!!

three minutes of fame before final act "their own death"!!!

  • And where is most important element, of Nazi blitzkrieg in Poland, the Red Army?

  • The Red Army is not yet an enemy of Germany....It is not until the non-agression pact between Gwermany and Russia is broken does the Red Army advance and take Poland!

  • During inwasion of Poland, Red Army was ally of Nazi Germany and figt on his side, against Poland. In this movie i dont see no one sowiet soldier...

  • They conveniently left out the Soviet invasion in this video, because it was made when World War II was in progress, and none of the Western Allies wanted to anger the Soviets. The British took it a step further and did not allow Polish soldiers who were not under the Soviets to march in the victory parade. By in large though, this is a pretty good film, and it is a wonder to me how people manage to screw up the details today when they had information like this before the war was even over.

  • Russia invaded Poland from the East like a week after Germany invaded. Russia betrayed Poland... as did a lot of countries.

  • alles heil hitler

  • never happen again my ass, wut about the invasion of the Iraq?it fell in 3 days! jesus christ, why dont the Iraqis accept that they lost!

  • Why don't you show any of the Polish defences?

Or the famous Battle of Mokra.

  • Fuck the Nazis ! At the end they have been destroyed and Germany leaves the humiliation and destruction they did in Poland and Russia.

  • @purplebrain666, Germany for ever, fuck the others!

  • "The events of 1939 shall never happen again"

Compare Blitzkrieg with Shock and Awe. Compare the enemy: Communists or Islamic militants. Same rubbish, different decade. This is so depressing. Who suffers and dies? Who makes the money? Who escapes injury? Who writes history?
