@kamihepi Well, Cha Seung Won (the ahjussi) was like a cop and in the past he accidentally killed Ji Yeon's dad while trying to captured the gangsters. He felt bad so he brought Ji Yeon home and raised her up. When she grew up, she ran into the gangster who she thought killed her dad. But that guy revealed that the ahjussi was the one who shot her dad. The gangster told her to kill seung won to revenge for her dad but instead she shot the guy. Ji Yeon and ahjussi got seperated.

Suddenly one of the guy who survived when seungwon was raiding jiyeon house saw jiyeon and seungwon and told her the truth and wanted jiyeon to kill seungwon. But jiyeon shot the guy instead and they both got separated. In lovey dovey jiyeon recovered and carry on with her life and somehow met CSW

She kept it a secret because maybe she doesn't want to face him yet I guess, If you watch part 1.. you'll know that ajusshi killed her father. Would you want to meet a guy that murdered your father :| ? Ajusshi means mister or something like that ( I'm not quite sure ). As for differentiating both of them, I just look at their nose. The "newer" Ji yeon has a dot on her nose

My take of the story:

Jiyeon was badly beaten up by the gangsters after being dragged away at the end of Cry Cry and thus underwent surgery. Her look thus changed and Qri takes the role. Hence, Qri and Jiyeon are actually acting as the same person, only and after. That is also why Qri, acting as Jiyeon after the surgery, knows the hand signals says similar things to Jiyeon, and also why Jiyeon appears in the car near the end of this MV, cause it's the same character they were both acting as.

@alienjantan he became ramen seller becuz the girl likes to eat ramen noodle, and thats why he became ramen seller, so becoming ramen seller is just the way to remember his little girl, and that explains why he has nice clothes when selling ramen (selling ramen not for his money). and the gangster, he got shot by her and thats y he beat her up instead of taking care. No any gangster takes care of person who shot him behind. Hopefully this helps for ur unclear parts ^^
