I dropped out of school 7 years ago and have been isolated completely for the last 4 years but I don't have bad hygiene and I live on a diet of starfruit, litchi, apples, bananas tea and soy proteine... I don't consume alchohol. It's more healthy than the average person.

I sometimes play games almost 24/7 but I always make sure to shower, brush my teeth etc even if I'm so depressed I can hardly breathe. I would never compromise with hygiene unless I was completely apathic.

Well, you can play it, but don't play it all day long and more important, don't put the game or online friends over your actual friends and family. Go out and enjoy life. You can still play online-games all day once you're really old and immobile.
