you are doing it pretty well just get back into position a little faster after the backhand flip and you will do it even better !

parabens .... his backhand is improving a lot each day. in slowmotion study is much easier to see its movement. even in slowmotion is very fast turning you use in the wrist. really cool. Wang Hao and stays that way will have to take classes with you.

Stiga Calibra LT. But it's a bit too hard. I think Stiga Calibra LT Sound is better for my backhand.
