  • funny how this video camera man since over a year ago, did nothing and didnt goto parliament, as its still in force.. again a protest that doesnt work, yes work alanbuttle, its something most of us normal people do... work....

  • This guy is just a tit wasting police officers time! This poxy country not only has liberal shitheads like this running around, but also Communist bastards in power. No wonder the rest of us who work for a living and abide by the law are fucked! Be careful everyone who has a go at this guy, he is the kind that would rant about Human rights, then get you kicked off of a here for giving your opinion of him lol. Waste of space!

  • Comment approved, douchebag!

  • Alan buttle get a life. Policing is hard enough without people like yoiu wasting their time.

Just what is the matter with you? "Human rights" - don't be so silly, you're just going around wasting policemen's time. I know probably you are within the law as it is written but come on, be reasonable. Also, why does a free society mean having to tolerate your nonsense whilst trying to do your work?

  • We did not ask for police interferance - we were just carrying out a perfectly legal and peaceful demonstration. They decide to "waste" their own time, not us. If we had the choice of having police there or not, which do you think we would chose!?

  • @rlt197 Exactly!

  • I do have to say that the police in the UK seem to be more courteous than American police.

  • Interested to know how the complaint that you said you were going to make was heard.?

  • glad that the policeman was nice to you and you were nice to him... :)

  • Not long before the whole country is a government security zone.

  • Alan, not sure if you got my last post ? New You Tube account appears to be getting the better of me. Told you before, I'm a techno phoebe.

  • I'd damage your rights to protest if I saw you =]

  • Well, you were calling ME Steve a few months back, Alan. But I hate to disappoint you... ASBO, eh? Heartwarming.

  • Fascinating stuff as always. Don't forget IP addresses are logged by youtube.

  • ...and your point is?

  • Further to my last Alan, I am removing the posts that I put on, it was not meant to offend, it was a kind of "I told you so" as this was always going to be the case if you continued to conduct a protest for a legitimate cause, but in the manner you conduct it.

If I have offended you so much so that you think me someone else, fine, I will not revisit your posts or threads again. I feel you do yourself a great disservice !

    Signed

    Sean Barton.

  • Alan, I don't have a clue what you are talking about ? Steve Discombe, no idea? Your ASBO are in the public domain, I found it on Google ! It's a shame that you respond this way. We have had quite open and honest posts between us. Take look at your "I am the law" threads to see. As stated previously, I empathise with you, just not the way you do things. Am disappointing you think I am a Nemesis of yours. My screen name relates to ancestor in regiment of same name who mutinied against Government.

  • You sounded very intelligent with that scenario. You should share what you know with everyone and allow others to profit from your knowledge about the system.

    We are all behind you.

  • Ha ha ha - socpa is dead, deal with it!!!

Rock on democracy, if you don't like it, move to China.

  • SOCPA is very much alive mate- go and carry your message on a sign and you'll be nicked. End off. PEace

  • Even this police officer in the film later said that he hopes this particular SOCPA law gets repealed as soon as possible. Eventually it will be because it's in direct violation of the European Convention of Human Rights, which overrules every UK law.

  • Keep us updated with your claim/complaint alan! I Bet it never even gets off the ground. But everyone is really intrested mate........ honest...

  • Well two people were arrested two days ago under SOCPA and held for over 14 hours. The ECHR is a great thing (like the US bill of rights and constitution) but so far it seems that this government (and the EU government) is lawless and corrupt. We the people must make it better.

  • You are such a miserable worm...

You have paradise compared to other places in the world. No words to explain how cinical is what you do...

As far as I know Scotland yard is an independent , not the part of government, as it is everywhere in the world. So they have to be more polite with you. Try doing this inChina or Russia. Not talking of others... You will wish you would have not for the rest of your short life! You think u have claims to police? You have no idea what real trouble means.

  • You people understand nothing of actual human rights and need to get a life. No one is trying to hinder your freedoms, you just have a warped sense of realty and try to bend situations to your pleasing. I doubt anybody cares what you were leafleting anyways, get a real job like that respectable police officer.

  • bosoxclown. Congratulations. Without a doubt the most ironic paragraph I have ever read.

  • Friendly fascist cop pig!

    Oik! Oik!

  • Wether the law is nonsense or not allanbuttle´s job seems to be annoying police officers and provoking lawbreaking reactions. So actually it´s not them who do it it´s the law and alanbuttle.

  • It's Alan with 1 'L' as it appears at the top of the video. How have we provoked a lawbreaking reaction? Who have we provoked it from? It's not them that do what? I don't understand your comment, sorry. Could you make it clearer? Alan & the rest of us who campaign & post videos on here don't provoke & annoy police, we do lawful demonstrations and, when the police make unlawful attempts to stop us, we expose what they've done. We don't turn up to annoy cops. We'd prefer it if they weren't there.

  • Well I thought you meant that wath they or in this case he did was false (lawbreaking). Of course he is only doing what he is told to do (or at least I hope he is). Provoking is maybe a to negative word to use. If you are allowed to do a deamonstration and he is told not to let you do one you are provoking this reaction by doing the demonstration. It´s not that I say what you are/were doing is false because I don´t really know although I think he isn´t doing anything wrong on purpose.

  • He mightve been 'nice' but he was still enforcing a crap law when he didnt need too. FFS they make me sick. STASI ****** the lot of them!

too right, in a free country, people are supposed to be able to protest without having to ask the police for permission. They are public servants not a private political army.

That law does go against human rights, but do the robots care? eugh.

  • In America written prior notice is an illegal barrier to demonstrations and free speech.

  • Technically he had to enforce it because it was that or lose his job which I doubt he wanted to do. Funny that he gave us 20mins to finish an unlawful act. SOCPAs in breach of the European Convention on Human Rights so, as Alan says, the sooner it's appealed the better. According to England's Human Rights Act 1998, an officer who acts in a way that goes against our rights as defined in ECHR is guilty of an offence. The government brought in a law that makes cops who enforce it break another law.
