  • @Forreverguga1...fish only play live?how retarded is that.....not all poker is online, the biggest games in the world are live, not online, people make money from poker playing live, 2p2 isn't the whole world

  • why is it 11% vs 75%?

  • Comment removed

  • @DisturbedV7 a chance to split

  • @DisturbedV7 because there is a split possibility

  • LaLiberté played that hand like a billionaire

  • @VicenzoV eeeeeeeexactly

  • @VicenzoV

lol going by that, there are people playing 1-2 as if they are biillionaires

  • @VicenzoV That's because he is dude

  • go big papa! lol at the players stood up

  • have to say lauberte showed great pride in defeat there

  • Horrible call by doyle generally hes only drawing to the flush there

  • RIP DOYLE

  • @TheOckawaga RIP? he died?

  • @TheOckawaga He is not dead...

  • Sammy wastes time...

  • LOL!! Farhas Lebanese chip dance.

  • why does Gold not just shut up?

  • Below me are the worlds greatest poker players discussing the game.

  • @KyleMarcum haha, no-one has more bracelets than "Foreveverguga1"

  • @makhwushi Haha, he is actually Doyle Brunsons mentor

  • @KyleMarcum they arent though, they are all hypocrites

  • Johnny Cash

  • I just love when youtube poker pros discuss poker....

  • RIP doyle

  • Nice move from Guy. Doyle is a fish and Gold is not even a poker player.

Just a random dude with a stack

  • @Foreverguga1 I agree with you about Gold. He is a donk. But Doyle? You must be fucking retarded. He is one of the biggest legends of poker ever. He is definitely not a fish. He is a fucking legend who has won millions playing poker. What have you won? Fuck all I'm guessing. He would own your noob ass in a second.

  • @moonomatic

Doyle, Chan, Chip Reese (RIP) and all those legends grew up in a world with live games playing a maximum of 15 hands per hour. New age kids play ten screens online simultaneously, 600 hands per hour. Their brains are nearly computerized and they are technically superior to any of those live legends.

The competition got much stronger during the years and all live legends will gradually lose their money against the new cash game generation

  • @Foreverguga1 Sorry but I don't see Doyle losing all his money anytime soon. Sure he may not be part of the new generation of online players who can multitable like freaks. But he is definitely not a fish and knows his shit when it comes to live games, which is what he plays. Get back to me when you have bankrupted him, which will be never. Gold on the other hand. Supposedly part of this new generation of players. He is a fish and is supposedly already bankrupt. See my point? Doyle = Legend.

  • @Foreverguga1 Sure dude. The competition got stronger? How come bad players can win titles? You didn't have guys like Jamie Gold winning 10-15 years ago...

  • @luismendezs

Bad players win titles because of variance and luck. Jamie Gold won the WSOP because he ran lucky in 1 tournament. You can have a hot streak of a few days as in the WSOP, and win 8 million dollars as a result.

But you can't keep running hot in cash games for years instead of days, and not go broke if you play with stronger competition.

Of course competition got stronger. There are FAR more players. And thus only the elite makes it and not just 500 random dudes like 20 years ago

  • @Foreverguga1 Doyle's a fish?!? Phfffft.... Look a Guy's face at 3:23 and tell me you wouldn't have thrown every frigging penny you owned into that pot. Play live games much?

  • @coastal52

The average online NL100 player is technically superior to Doyle Brunson yes.

I used to think his book super system II was they key to become very good. It's hardly good enough to beat NL20 online these days . He doesn't even put people on a range and he makes very questionable plays.

This play with AT is so terrible he's gonna go broke there 95% of the times.

And saying "I haven't had a pair all day " is a really fishy response to justify this donk play

  • @Foreverguga1 "And saying "I haven't had a pair all day " is a really fishy response to justify this donk play."

You expected the guy to admit that he read a tell?? :))

    Again.... Play live much??

  • @coastal52

Fish only play live. I play online and do some MTTs live.

Doyle did not have a tell. That is just an easy excuse to justify a terrible call

  • i think if you keep thinking about pot odds you will lose out if someone is trying to scare you away with big raises

  • After watching Jamie Gold on HSP I feel he is so desperate to prove he deserves to be in that company in terms of skill he plays all sorts of junk just to show what he can do with junk, but as it turns out he unfortunately loses cash with junk.

  • false title. view whoring at its finest

  • @deiselweasle why didnt you flag it ?

  • false youtube titles ruin the youtube experience. Brunson was not steaming, and the guy who posted this is a solid douchebag view whore.

  • The best poker players are the comentators down here

  • Jamie is a morron but u have to give it to him that besides he gets lucky in 06 main event he also played ok and his speachplay was very confusing... Dont like him dont have to much respect to his poker skills but in my opinion we had worse world champions, for exaple Jerry Yang or Robert Varkonye. Even Cada who's much better then Jamie won his bracelet getting extremly lucky everytime he was all in against bigger pair... Of course Jamie still is a donkey ;) cant argue with that :D

  • Jamie gold is an idiot. all he does is throw money away

  • jamie, ur so smart - not

  • i hate jaime

  • Just think I copped it, His chip dance before he folds could be a way to give the other pro's a better read on the others involved in the hand,...

  • I think Guy played smart here. Nice and agressive. He absolutely had to call the all in there, regardless of his cards. I wouldn't think Doyle would ever call there. It's all pretty crazy, though. Maybe Doyle had a sick read. Honestly, going all in there was more like calling then going all in.

  • guy is a rich donky

  • @123serg123 if he's rich, he ain't one. YOU calling him one makes you one.

  • @HBRevive he's not rich anymore, 1st of all he got staked for Main Event and had to give off half of the money, but he didn't so he got sued. Now he can't pay 50k$ to hotel because his bank account is not that big.

  • @Sarunikss

Are you kidding me? Who are you talking about, Guy?

  • @UndercoverLdn James Gold, he is broke.

  • @Sarunikss

Oh I'm sorry I thought you were talking about Guy... Yes there's a possibility of Jamie Gold being broke, he's a piece of shit so I hope it's true

  • @UndercoverLdn not comfirmed though,

  • @Sarunikss

You must be the biggest idiot ever. Guy Laliberte is a billionaire, his net worth is $2.5B. Which is $2,500 million dollars, or $2,500,000,000.

  • the two blonde girls at the back must be wetting their seats now looking at all the money on the table.

  • that raise on the turn... i mean WTF??? and then the call after doyles all in??

  • @SerbianHistoryX

    lol are you kiding ???

maybe the raise was a mistake, but to call 30k to win 810k? u need to learn a bit of pot odds.... i would call in his place even if i was against a set trying to hit a 3

  • @galgilboa I'd call 30K in that spot if I had thin air.

  • @whatageeza but the sad truth is that you dont even have that much money.

  • @BeppeOwnage Very witty...

  • @galgilboa those are calld implied odd not the pot odds;P

  • @iroflmyself

    lol

  • @TomiAk47 :)

  • that call was incredible...he is old,but he's still as good a player as ANY!

  • omg

  • i would want 1 of those stacks of money

  • to get an idea of how meaningless that money was to guy, the guy is worth 2.5 billion dollars, he lost just under 400K that hand. That would be like losing 40 cents if you had 2500 dollars. Man, I would give anything to have that much GD money....

  • Comment removed

  • @stokey72 what a stupid comment...Doyle Brunson is the REASON you play poker, so he can do what he wants. The other guy was guessing Doyle was playing fast and made have had a draw on the turn so he raised him big representing a huge hand. Doyle calls with the nut flush draw/top pair. He can't fold 30K in a 800K pot. Maybe you should read some books on how to play.

  • @Reckin007 was a joke .ofcourse

  • @stokey72 My bad sorry....just drives me nuts when people actually do question these guys plays. I mean....they can't actually see the cards like we can...

  • i think that comment how doyle folded the flush got him a little tilty. Bad time to bluff big poppa

  • @fliptthescript That's pretty much the idea of the video

  • jelous

  • so sic

  • lol guy has so much money he's donating most of his winnings to some place. so either way he doesnt give a sh*t. if he wins the poor people wins, if he loses, the poor people are f*cked. xD

  • Do you have any idea who Guy Laliberte is? This guy has more money then all of those players combined, he's a multi-billionaire and he doesn't give two shits if he just flushed a million down the toilet. Stupid title for this video, period.

  • @Noctis411 Maybe title of the video was changed, but the steam refers to Doyle, not Guy. Doyle just folded a flush against Jamie and realized it was probably the wrong decision.

  • Patrick, please button up your shirt, my wife is watching.

  • @sjerseyb856 Why don't you just get off your lazy ass and get in to shape, maybe then your wife will stop cheating you.

  • @hubertandclyde it was a joke you fuckin retard

  • @hubertandclyde Pedophile faggot.

  • "When you don't make a pair for 8 hours, you go crazy" - Doyle Brunson

Couldn't say it better myself. This is not a game of better hands. It is a game of PATIENCE.

  • u have to love how awful gold is, trying to read hands, doyle flips over his hand and first think gold says is "o well you have outs". no u jackass broke awful poker player, he had the best hand the whole time

  • @boybrushedred18 Doyle is so good because he's gotten passed trickery. He doesn't even try to trick people. Against him, people trick themselves. HAHHA This video is exhibit HEY! LOL He sucked the guy in SO bad with his coyness after his monster bet. I mean, this scenario is what you hope for with his hand. But, man, he played it absolutely perfect. He wanted everyone out without an ace. And that is what he got. He was confident after the reraise, he had the hand and BOOM! ALL IN baby

  • @boybrushedred18

one thing im pretty sure jamie gold isn't is broke.

  • @zeejustin6 google it, sites say they r pretty sure he played at limits he shouldnt have cuz the players at those limits were so much better than he was, and he lost tons of his winnings

  • @boybrushedred18 your an idiot, because guy raised so much is assumed he had a monster hand AA, AJ, A4 maybe. and gold won the main event in 2006, how many bracelets and millions of dollars do you have?

0, yeah thats right. stfu because you dont know what you're talking about.

  • @donmajikjuan and gold was wrong, watch the season gold is wrong alot its funny as hell to watch. nd who cares if he has a bracelet cuz he gave back all his fucking money. hes a fucking donk, ur a fucking idiot for defending him. and everyone will agree. the only person that likes jamie gold is fucking jamie gold

  • i got a feeling that Guy thought he already made a straight.

  • "you have the advantage there"

    Orly?Thx captain obvious.

  • French faggot.

  • amazing call, Guy is repping the nuts. Doyle bets near pot on the turn and Guy moves in lol.

  • @onlnr

the nuts is AA.Guy doesnt have that.Best is 2 pair.AJ or A2 something like that.

  • cmon, wtf call

  • this is pocket money for laliberte

  • i would die of i lose so much money in one hand.

  • @xlyrr me too but that guys net worth is over 2 billion dollars. He payed 20 million to go to space and he went. So its peanuts for him. Its like when you have $2000 and you loose $4.

  • Yeah, not smart. I'm not sure what he was putting Brunson on. I think it was fairly obvious he had an ace, and a 5 is a horrible kicker. Even with a lower 2 pair he could have gotten run out. Brunson is the man.

  • Guy is terrible but he's a billionaire so doesn't care about the money.

  • I once deposited 30 dollars and got up to 2500 dollars in 5 hours, and lost everything in 30 minutes. True story

  • @BigSamFoSho

    bro cool story

  • @BigSamFoSho fishhh

  • @Noofb yeah a fish got 2500 in 5 hours. Nice perspective of life dummy

  • Running it twice, in the long run, changes nothing. It's only really matters if one is putting a little too much of their bankroll on the line and losing the pot completely would really hurt-but that's not the case here.

  • well, the 3 is probably not gonna come twice. He will split or win, instead of a huge suckout.

  • the guy playing Doyle is a Donk

  • @POKERInAFlash That guy like you said is one of the richest guy in the world man.

Like he said so many time he playing for fun and most of is winning goes to a charity programs. keep your stupid comment and go back to your 1$ tourney.

    aite ?

    loll

  • @vaginaexpert from someone with a name like yours, i will really take note of that comment

  • @POKERInAFlash Another stupid comment.

    Good job dude

  • @POKERInAFlash hes not a poker player.. lool

  • @AjentGM who VE or 'Steam'?

  • @POKERInAFlash Guy, doesnt player poker.. he owns circus ole or however u spell it.. thats why he played so bad.. soo yeah obviously hes a donk

  • @AjentGM if hes not, you DEFINITELY arent.

  • @donmajikjuan lmao ok? so now you just randomly call me a donk or not a poker player.. w/e if you trying 2 start a youtube fight your pathetic.. c ya

  • The lebanese chip dance lol...

  • Why would you run it twice with such a huge advantage?

  • To reduce variance in a massive pot, obviousley. Why do people think it's better to only run it once when you're a favourite? Makes no sense at all.

  • @ml497

generally ppl run it twice when the odds are statistically equal, in this case he's a 75% favorite to win the hand. in most cases people dont run it twice when they are such large favorites.

  • Same expected value, lower variance

  • @lookaguru u dont want to lose all that money with the huge advantage

  • To come closer to the EV.

Run it Twice or more is an advantage for the huge favorite

  • woah.

  • Good way to change a bad mood.
