I have a para and would love to try this out with you guys sometime, cause my alliance does do dungeons etc. but we never really have different ppl come together and try these team builds out, and it's kinda disappointing cause I would love putting together these sorts of teams and having fun.

me and a friend cleared fow and all quest using a similar build with a roj monk but yes this can complate fow the only area we would have had trouble in is the area with the hydras but cry of frustration mes helped and we rolled on though

Tried to search for some pve content on this game, and all it comes up with is pvp. Is that what this game is soley about, pvp? No raids/instances?

@Oblivionplayer12345 On the contrary, this game is mostly PvE.

I'm guessing the reason you don't see many PvE videos is b/c PvE in GW is not as much about 'tank and spank', but rather a choice of skills and professions that interplay off of one another in order to complete a "raid". Thus, people don't publish many PvE videos b/c the explanation of what is happening gets complicated and its difficult to make a video describing what is going on.

@Oblivionplayer12345 There are dungeons, but they are slightly different in GW. I'm sure you're aware that GW1 is not a completely open game, ie, when u leave a town with your party or enter a dungeon, you and your party are on your own server and will never run into other people until u come back to a town.

@taras97236 We're actually a very small alliance and welcome any mature players. A lot of people think we're "only" paragons, but most people aren't primary paras in our guild, though all of us do paraway clears. PM me and I'll send you a guild invite. :-)

(i've played for one year and i have KoaBD so I'm no n00b). Btw, i've been tryng to set up a paraway build with only one para player:

Player: Spear of Fury, SY, TNtF, Anth of Fury, Aria of Resto, Ballad of Resto, Signet of Return (9moti, 9 spear, 12+1+1 lead)

Same armor/runes/insignias as in my FA pvp build except you'll switch out the +1/+1 spears for +1/+1 command on head (on opposite switch on footwear).

Deldri shout isn't possible, there are already 3 PvE-skills. Ward of stability might be good, but playing with only me as a human player i'm in lack of these second two powerful armor pve-skills already, so which skill i could exchange with ward, weaken the build not even more?

Since it's only you, have one of your heroes bring Ward of Stability.

This way works pretty amazing and i did a couple of runs with only ONE human player and only 6 heroes. In FoW only these hydras killed me. Maybe you got some enhancement for the "one player mode"???

I used angelic bond and protection instead of the 2 PvE-skills on the second "human build" btw.

Agreed. I look at Paras as Warriors that have a distance attack + amazing energy regen capabilities.

Don't get me wrong, I like warriors, but in reality, wow many warriors can run multiple skills that cost 10-15 energy? None. :-)

Sidenote: If you're very good with regulating when to use Save Yourselves, you can do this build on your own with Hayd+Morg for most areas (including FoW if you bring Gwen). Having another human para with you using Fallen's build is a huge help, but unnecessary if you know how to use Imp's build well.

You could survive with just you and those three heroes, but it would literally take forever to do a full fow clear. It's worth recruiting some offensive people to join you. Moreover, henchmen can't enter fow. ;-)

Spoiler: Next week I'm going to make a Part 3 that will include options for single paras (1 human para + 2 hero paras).

A lot of people ask me about timing... If you have a skilled team you can clear FoW in 1hr. If you have a casual team 1hr 35mins. If you have a bunch of idiots 2hrs.

Hey, my main char is also a para and most of the time I do use Paraway, but with a teamorder derv, there is one problem besides hexes and that is blocking so i cant get adrenaline and I cant give the +100 armor buff. I think that's one of my greatest problems with the build.

I agree, blocking can be a problem which is why i always start off with skill8 + skill2 combo on my build. In conjunction with Soldier's Fury, you can get SY online immediatly. The immediate SY gives you time to find a vulnerable target. As a Para, your goal is to cover the team, so tabbing through targets to gain adrenaline comes with the territory.

I agree full Paraway is the best situation, but I specifically made this build b/c not everyone (including myself) can always find a full parateam. Thus, w/ this build, all u need is yourself plus one buddy as paras while the rest of the team can be completely random and still make it work.
