It is most likely a software that came with their own radar. So they prob have one on the roof of their car or a car in the chase team has one, just a guess

it is a rotation of warm high front and a cold low front what i would like to call would say their chasing eachother which is causing the rotation i dont know quite yet why it touches the ground i will have to find out why

the warm air rises and the cold air falls they meet each other....causing turbualance basically......

warm air likes to rise, so it punches through cold air and there is rotation... i dont know why but yea

They usually go to work from 3-8pm on weekdays, and 2-6 on the weekends. They get paid holidays off. Im thinking about becoming one myself.
