Tyres are from Metzeler ME22 - 2.75 X 18 Front and 3.00 X 18 Rear.
They are off another S90 of mine. The rear is probably a little too big for the guard but it did work. If i was buying again i would use a 2.75 front on the rear. but they were from a freind so i had no chioce.
This bike will be using a track tyre from Bridgestone BT 39 SS 2.50 X 18.

The tank is original S90 that i have modified with cutouts for knees.
I am quite happy with the results.
The seat is fiberglass over a light plywood and polyfoam pattern that i made.
Just need to weld some mounting tabs for catch tank, coil, tachometer and steering damper then i can paint the frame.
