@Sableneko she's somewhat like a key herself, cause the more insane you are in gensokyo, the more powerful cards you can use. Its difficult to use powerful spellcards when retaining your sanity. That's partly why Kaguya is the boss character in IN.

The only "crazy and powerful" characters are Utsuho, Flandre, and Koishi.

Eirin, Kaguya, Yuyuko, Yukari, Kanako, Suwako, Mokou, Remilia... They're all enormously powerful but also level-headed.

I've always thought ℃iel's voice sounded forced and a bit strained whenever I heard her sing, so when I saw her name I felt that maybe Innocent Key had made a mistake. But she sounded considerably better than I thought she would, and well, that's a positive thing.

Not a bad song, and somehow I really like the PV. I like the sketchy style, and those facial expressions. And yes, Innocent Key songs that are not ambiguously inappropriate are getting PV'd. For now at least.
