I think it is the choreography. The choreography is great but it is a lot bit too busy. Choreographer could give some slower moments in the dance. Allow dancer to connect with the audiences a little bit more. Just like what they often say in the SUTUCD. There is enough dance but not enough performance.

i think it 's pretty wise to dance this song, and could be more interesting if dancing for american latin with high heels, that could be a challenge to mix those two different styles.
Personally, I think this dance is pretty good. I'm a dancer, not at you level yet. But when I watch girls who have 3 feet high jumps, I think 'Wow, I could totally do that, it so easy!' but some parts when I'm watching your dance I'm like 'It looks so hard.' I think the part of the dancers goal is to make her dance look easy when really it's hell.
She has very good extension, but for the most part she seems rather....unrehearsed. I don't want to be rude, but she doesn't dance very well except for her turns. She messed up a lot, her ankles twisted many times and I don't think it was wise to put her in high-heeled shoes (especially since that dance had so many turns).

Yes, everybody has one side that's stronger than another. No, she doesn't extend her leg on the left all the way. Allowing yourself to "allow" your weaker side to not complete movements is what keeps that side weaker.

I've been a professional dance for Miami City Ballet and on broadway for all my life...there's no way I'm going to start comparing my career to an exploited anorexic tween, no matter how much people say "I bet you couldn't blah blah blah." I have done it, I do it, and I do damn well.
But I want to clarify here: we are NOT talking about the Royal Academy, in Great Britian, which trains students for the Royal Ballet. Correct? Correct.

She is amazing, but she had no variation, no level changes! not once did she go to the floor or jump!! She has amazing turns, but show me something else besides: Walk turn Walk Walk Pose Turn Walk Turn Turn Walk Turn!

It any thing on the floor would not go with the dance really she does change levels too when you go from plie to releve that is a level change don't you think so

Maybe not floor work, but a jump or two. all I am saying is she has no variation. No I don't think that "plie to releve" is a level change, cause she goes from standing to...standing... how is that a change at all.
I'm just saying she looks like she AMAZING talent and it's being wasted on her doing the same thing over and over again. She is obviously really flexible, why not have her do a Russian(split leap)?

Not actually dancing in a company, she's at the Royal Ballet School. But yeah, it's useless and pointless to critique this - it's not up here for that, PLUS she's about five years older now.
