  • HEY

  • Dang, you use all of the expensive products. But is Cetaphil a good price? I have sensitive skin - does this work fine?

  • @yerlis95 depends on where you live. a bottle of cetaphil can cost between 10-16 dollars

  • @ttsandra Oh dang, I guess it's worth it if it works, right?

  • @yerlis95 a bottle lasts about 6-10 months so that's pretty good :)

  • U LOOK GREAT FOR 45 YEARS OLD! U DONT LOOK OLDER THEN 35!!

  • @dannys2222 i'm actually pushin' 75, but thanks for the compliment lol

  • Your skin & acne problems are exactly like mine. Im only 17 & I stress over breaking out because I break out multiple times a week and it always leaves scars for some reason. Looking forward to picking up cetaphil asap, I've heard many good reviews but watching your video is some good proof.. Your also really pretty ! :)

  • Very informative! :)

  • Hopefully you never get a beard your too beautiful for that ;)

  • @makerKID5 SHES A VERY HAIRY GIRL!

  • Very helpful thx ;)

  • good video. thanks

  • u ever did a j-lo look alike?

  • Hey Sandra Thanks a lot for your effort. Truly, Acne is such a pain that you can get it off very early. For this, extra care is highly essential. I tried many acne creams and gels. I lost my hope. Finally, I have tried REGENEVIVE anti aging starter kit. This product is proven the best among all top beauty products.

  • Is that a violin thingy in the background? Is so where did you buy it? I neeeed one!!!

  • @PeaceLoveMusicNoDuh it's a cello :) found it years ago at Winners in their home decor section. it was in a set of 4 musicians - piano, cello, trombone and drums, and my mom and i used them on a piece of wood to create some wall art for above my bed.

  • Great video - I just subbed.

Also pleeeeease say what blush and foundation you have on here. Also love the hair this colour. Looks amazing! Did you use a dye? :)

  • @rebecca4717 i was wearing YSL teint resist foundation... and the blush was NYC blushable cream stick in Plaza Pink. I didn't do the hair colour myself - I wish I was that talented haha xoxo thank you for watching

  • @rebecca4717 thanks Sandra - love the hair - wish mine lookd like that :)

  • i've the same problem. the different is, i'm asian, it's killing when the blackhead scars won't go away. :-(

  • @ttsandra Thank you for the great tips! When do you apply the acne treatment? Before or after moisturizing?

  • @jecmn1231 i apply it before!

  • whats your hair colour?

  • @kaymalisha i don't colour my own hair so i can't tell you exactly... in this video i had highlights and a mix between different tones of level 7 by redken.

  • @ttsandra Thank you so much for your reply! I just love your hair colour :) Thanks for the info!

  • ive watched a million videos on skincare but this has seriously helped me so much.ill will buy all the products you mentioned and hope its gonna help me.thank you!

  • That's so true! Cetaphil for all skin types is the greatest. I have oily skin and used the oily skin type but it actually worked worse.

  • @mimirz01 i have oily skin type too and i wanna buy this product soo bad, can you please tell me what you mean by it made your skin worse? like did it break you out orrr ?

  • Omg you look like Rosie Huntington whiteley!

  • It just goes to show everyone has different skin. My skin is also sensitive and acne prone. Cetaphil breaks both my dad and I out in a rash. At least that cleanser does. The moisturizer in a jar is working well for me though

  • @symmetricalastic definitely. a lot of people i know swear that proactive cleared their skin up beautifully and it didn't work for me at all. i guess we all try things until we find what works :)

  • your face looks exactly like Carrie Underwood!

  • Would love to see your updated skincare routine soon! Do you still use your Clarisonic regularly? Is this a gimmick or does it really make a difference? I'm contemplating whether or not to get the Mia for Christmas :) xx

  • @raphiouu it's coming!! and yes I still use it at least 3-4 times a week, it's worth the investment if you're always struggling with congested skin and want a good, thorough, quick and easy cleanse :) you also don't need to ever buy scrubs again!

  • @ttsandra How long did it take you for your clarisonic to work? I use the classic

  • @symmetricalastic about 2 months or so

  • The rviews for the La Roche Posay are really mixed and I don't know if I should get it or not. Some say that it has worked for them, when others complain that it leaves a bad irritation/rash + more pimples on their faces. It's quite pricy as well...

I'm really sad I can't find the Lush Tea Tree Water anywhere, bc I need a good toner, and online it's almost 23 dollars, just like the Cetapil Cleanser(since Im really desperate for one, I decided to get this anyway, despite the huge price).

  • @Estonian4life unfortunately that's how it is with most skincare products, what works for some people may not work for others :( all our skins are different so we just have to take a risk sometimes and see how it goes!

  • Thanks for the reminder to give the products a chance, stick with it, and finish the tube!

  • Guys! Get the Cetaphil for all skin types. It worked great for my skin. very gentle. But for some reasons, I switched to the oily type and I started having my breakouts so badly. It got my skin too dry.

  • just subbed :) sub to my channel :) i love !!!!! this video <3

  • Great video I just subscribed and love the advise you have given I use just about the same products with the exception of the Lush toner...I have been curious about getting it but just not sure, but now after seeing 2 videos from people who swear by it I think I am going to cave in :) thanks!!

  • omg cetaphil is such a great product it works for me and my doctor recommeneded it also=]

  • You do have really nice skin.

  • Can you please write a review for Neutrogena SkinClearing mineral powder? Thanks :D

  • @iCookiez415 I haven't tried that product and I usually break out from Neutrogena skincare so I wasn't intending on trying it

  • @ttsandra Ohhh, ok. [:

  • I'm so into skincare. Thanks for the quality video

  • @Glitterglampop thank you for watching!

  • Good Ideas, thanks! I hear alot of people say great things about that Cetaphil. It's not well known to me though. I have that same bear like acne effect, its funny but embarrasing. But these tips are great, thanks again! And btw, you are much beautiful than J-Lo.

  • & I agree w/ the others....u do look like J- Lo & Carrie :) very pretty

  • @sidereally -do u have oily skin? Mine is very oily all over & I just purchased the oily skin cleanser, but I noticed tht u said u use both daily.

  • Hey have u ever tried the Cetaphil Face Moisturizer w/ SPF? I'm wondering if I should use it during the day since I have 2 use a skin lightening cream? Cetaphil has SPF 15 or SPF 50 & I'm not sure which 1 I should use. I'd probably just use the plain moisturizing lotion @ night, since u really don't need SPF in the evening. What do u think? My derm has me on EpiDuo & recommended Cetaphil for a cleaser & moisturizer. Ur thoughts would be appreciated. Ur skin looks gr8 also! :)

  • @Latigise noo i've never tried the ones with spf since i don't use the lotion regularly - just on some days when my skin feels dry. for SPF i use a separate spf (i used the neutrogena one in the spray can, spf35)

  • i prefer the oily skin cetaphil cleanser to the gentle, but i use both daily. i generally use the gentle in the morning and the oily one at night.

  • Wow la roche- posay products are that expensive in US?? in my country they cost half of that price..

  • If Jennifer Lopez and Carrie Underwood had a baby (somehow lol) you'd be their love child :)

  • won't it hurt to use exfoliating products like the clarisonic on acne?

  • @TheBoombamcha for pe personally it didn't hurt, but everyone's skin is different so i can't speak for others!

  • You look like you could be related to Olivia Wilde.

  • Finally! A skin-care routine video that gets straight to the point! xoxo.

  • for the oily skin/acne try mario badescu he is high end with low prices and a list of celeb clients i use it now and its perfect for my skin oily acne prone

  • also, i was wondering is it a sensible option to cleanse oily skin with an oil cleanser? will it end up producing more oil?

  • @shurwali it won't! i used an oil cleanser all the time to remove my makeup, but then I followed up with a gentle regular cleanser to make sure there are no oily residues left over. some cleansing oils, like the shu uemura ones (which I sadly never tried because that brand is hard to find near where i live) are specially formulated for oily skins too!

  • alot of people complain of getting acne around the jaw (as do i) do you think it has anything to do with waxing?

  • @shurwali i think it has more to do with hormones! like at certain times of the month when our hormone levels are out of balance most women tend to break out in that area

  • youre very pretty!!!!!

  • @Kewlster1 you're very nice! :) thank you!

  • I have the same kind of skin breakouts just wondering if u have tried any of the murad acne products?

  • @joenzedgirl i did! i tried the spot treatment but it didn't really do anything

  • i have the same type of skin i hope this works 4 me.

  • If Jennifer lopez and carrie underwood had a baby it would be you!!

  • It's better to have oily skin because you will get less wrinkles when you are old and you will get them when you are older than most people do!

  • You are young; therefore your skin is firm. The collagen and elastin will eventually deplete no matter what you do. I have spent so much money in facial products and treatments, but still look my age. My family members have use their money in their investment portfolio and now I envy them.

  • ok, if jennifer lopez and carrie underwood had a baby, it would be you.

     juss sayin'

  • Hi Sandra!! How do you clean your clarisonic brush head? Thanks soo much!! xx

  • @bndaviss89 I wash it with antibacterial handsoap after I use it and make sure I rinse it well. :)

  • @ttsandra oh wonderful, I'm definitely going to do that with mine. Thank you soo much for your response!! I hope your vacation is still going well!! xo

  • I use a thousand different face products... Maybe I'll simplify.

  • @TheCassidyJohnston I used to do the same thing! works for some people but it didn't work for me and made my skin really sensitive unfortunately... now I have to stick to some basics, but I do love trying new stuff :)

  • Do u do makeup retoutches throughout de day and what do u use???!:)

  • @MsAprilsky no I do not, I like to just slap it on and be done for the day... I do like to use Boscia blotting sheets if I get too oily, though :)

  • @ttsandra Yeah i use Hollywood blotting sheets :) Tank u!x

  • Where is your shirt from?

  • @bakenbronze my shirt is just a black V neck sweater from Winners :)

  • i used the Effaclar duo but it dint work so well on me:(

    My thoughts on it :

    lila.pixavue.com

  • i decided to watch ur vid and i was amazing because you use the exact same products as me.... scary

  • i can't believe that u use a cleanser that is for normal to dry skin if u have oily skin. i have oily skin too, acne and sensitive , redness skin. in my drugstore only have cetaphil for normal to dry skin and for dry skin, and i didn't buy that because they don't have for oily skin and i felt sad because i really want to try out cetaphil. Do you recommend to buy that cleanser if isn't for my skin type? Your video helped me a lot, and u are so funny! xoxo

  • @2A3109 yes you can definitely try it! it's so gentle and doesn't have any sort of oils or pore-clogging things in it. they sell super small travel-sized versions of it too if you just wanna try it out and don't wanna spend the money on a big tub :)

  • @2A3109 : I have oily skin and I have found PURPOSE soap in the pump to be very good. It's mild and was reccomended by my dermatologist. (About 4.00) Make up removal: Noxema and a washcloth. Something about oil removing oil...works great for me. Consider it. Cetaphil is too "oily" for my skin too. :)

  • @wigwamman1 actually i remove my makeup with olive oil because i heard that about oil removing oil =). thanks!

  • you are beautiful and your skin is gorgeous! TFS

  • It's funny how I stumble upon this video right when I'm making the same changes in my skin care routine. I love this video, it came right on time & you're right... Simple is always best, even if you're a beauty junky like myself, lol this may sound weird, but I'm also learning that sometimes using products that are the opposite of your skin type can work if you give them a chance.

  • @ClassicDame08 it's definitely true :)

  • @ Sandra can u please list all of the products. I want to make sure i get the right stuff thanks

  • @Sandra can u please give a list of the products you use for your acne prone skin? the video went kind of fast i got some of it, but not all of it

  • @bbrewster3 it's all listed in the description box :)

  • Hi this video is really helpful, I used to have horrible cystic acne from bc and I'm left with minor ice picky scars.. i recently got the clarisonic pro and i wanted to know if you think that'll help with the scarring? thanks for your help :)

  • @zoomeebaba it won't work wonders for those types of scars since those are quite deep, but it does help with the red surface marks that blemishes leave behind.

  • How would you do about ance scars and red marks, Sandra ? I'm 16 years old and I've lots of ance scars on my face already and my face is still growing new acnes and they keep on scaring...Help and thanks! =.="

  • @loktin948 try not to pick at them... and start by using gentle exfoliating products with glycolic or lactic acid in them. Dermalogica makes a gentle cream exfoliant that works well, also La Roche Posay Effaclar K or Avene Diacneal are also gentle options you can start out with. After a while if the scarring is still bad you might want to go get a professional glycolic peel at a spa! they really help.

  • @ttsandra Thank you so much ! I'm not sure the products above are available in HK, but still.....thousands of thankz !!!!!!

  • you look like jigsaw from saw

  • @LOSTobsession1415 you'd be my first victim then

  • So does this cleanser get rid of acne?

  • @MrMuffinmutt it worked for me! it doesn't have acne-fighting ingredients in it, but just the fact that it gets your skin cleansed in a gentle way, combined with a good spot treatment... worked really well for me!

  • Hi. What order do you put the LR Effaclar Duo on. After wash and tone, then moisture? Thanks!

  • @elise3096 I use it both ways...depends how I remember haha.. works the same before or after moisturizer :)

  • jennifer lopez + Kate moss! :O

  • @myanutube :O huge compliment, thank you!!

  • Your sexy!

  • @shaiperetz7 haha thank you :)

  • wow, you also kind of look like Maggie Q; so pretty!

  • Great vid! Where do you live in Canada? Tu parles francais? :)

  • @KATTABOOM I'm from Ontario... and I speak a very little bit of francais :-)

  • LOL! the beard! thats hilarious! I get acne there too, Im going to start calling it that :)

  • hey your like Jlo's younger sis!!

  • i wish i had your cheekbones :(

  • Comment removed

  • you kinnda look like carrie underwood in a way

  • you uploaded this video on my birthday!

  • Hey how much was the cetaphil ?

  • @brookedoll1

it's about £10 here in the UK.

I'd say about $15 US probably.

  • Hi, did the effeclar duo really cost that much? I got it for 10 dollars cheaper ;) great vid thanks for sharing

  • @SuperMajck yesssss, drug stores here in canada are very overpriced :(

  • @bluemusicpeace blotchy in what sense?? like random scars and marks? I use glycolic acid products to help even out of my skin tone :)

  • @ttsandra Sandra, you are gorgeous! You're skin looks amazing. What kind of glycolic acid products do you use? Have you tried proactiv? Thanks for the video, simple and informative :)

  • @8OBHRZ thank you! I like to switch between glycolic products, at the moment I am using this thing called Avene Diacneal, which has a bit of glycolic acid in it and I apply it at night... works great for evening out the skin tone gradually :) I have tried proactiv but it didn't work for me.

  • My skin is extremely oily. I feel that after using the "oil-free" acne soaps my skin feel so dry i just want to pour a bottle of moisturizer. I think I have screwed up my skin by drying it out too much. My skin gets really oily and uncomfortable 2hours after washing it. What should i do? It's oily until I wash it..then its dry...i am frustrated. :(

  • @aniNarek try to use a very very gentle cleanser... something soap-free... try and stay away from foaming cleansers!

  • @ttsandra thanks I am going to try out cetaphil

  • hi u seem 2 ve combination skin u need to use cetapil face wash all d time n den wash ur face only mornin n nyt. then afta washin apply gel based or water based but not creamy moisturiser. pat loose powder over it but no make up or compacts as dey dry d skin more. do dis for a week n afta a week start usin a mild toner to control oil.so cleanse, tone, moisturise pat loose powder n use tissues to blot off d oiliness but not washin ur face ofetn.hope dis hepls :)

  • u look like jennifer lopez!!!

  • @angieshelltv that's a huge compliment! thank you :)

  • @angieshelltv i know! she really does! i clicked on the thumbnail cuz i thought it was J Lo (:

  • @angieshelltv

thats exactly what i was gonna say

  • hiii i loveyour videos i llike your hair color what color is it txs

  • @magui5 hi! it's professionally coloured... level 7 redken :)

  • where did you get the clarisonic pro and how much was it?

  • @CheetahChick01 I got it online from a store called essential day spa and it cost close to $200!

  • You have a really beautiful facial bone structure! :)

& thank you for this great review!!

  • wow... Even though Im a male I think your video was great.... your so informative and the best thing about your post is you included every item you talk about in the description section( no pause in rewind needed). thumbs up+.

  • Hey love this video! But do you use the cetaphel stuff as a moisterizar on your face? Prob pelt ome things wrong srry

    Thanx-

  • @dazzlediva21 hi! yes I do use the moisturizer on my face and on my body as well!

  • Your skincare is pretty much exactly the same as mine! I use cleansing oil to remove my makeup (Boscia), Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser (I also found that the oily one didn't work for me), LUSH Tea Tree Water, and Clinique's DDMG. I found that I'll have perfect skin only when my routine is simple and consists of basic, mild products with short ingredients lists.

  • neutrogena has a new 3 in 1 acne stress treatment for only about 7 dollars that has a low percentage salicylic acid in it. I use to use a more expensive one and switched to it and its been really effective. Just wanted to share in case you want to try a cheaper version of the salicylic acid.

  • I bought Effaclar Duo based on ur review and I've been using it for 2 weeks now and I already see the difference in my skin condition! amazing!!! so thank u :) and also i am glad that here in Slovakia, it costs only 14 euro, so that is amazing too :))

  • Do you still use the La Roche Posay Effaclar duo?

  • @mari42000 I sure do :) still love it!

  • @ttsandra have you tried any other products from La Roche?

  • @mari42000 I've only used their Cicaplast... i use it as a primer and I love it too! want to try a moisturizer next :)

  • @ttsandra Sorry to bother you with all these questions but I just have two more do you use the effaclar duo before or after your moisturizer? if and when you do try a moisturizer can you do a review please???

  • @mari42000 i will definitely do a review, and I use the effaclar duo after i moisturize :)

  • hehe my names sandra too.

  • Hi Sandra, greetings from Singapore. I have been fighting acne MY WHOLE LIFE!!! I thought I was weird to have oily, sensitive and acne prone skin so I kept on searching for a cleanser that really suitable but found none till your recommendati
