Frank Kratovil, you should direct all your anger in the proper place: at Obammy, Reid, and Pelosi, They have really fucked you all up good. According to Project Vote Smart, Kratovil's rating from the Americans for Democratic Action (liberal quotient) was 70%.

His conservative rating from the American Conservative Union was 28%.

He may not be as liberal as Pelosi or Hoyer, but he's not exactly a moderate, either.

I voted for Frank so he would vote yes on all those items - so I was disappointed in him - but Andy Harris is a d-bag of the highest degree - so I'll be voting for Frank again.

@MarylandGranny You're fairly off base with him considering his straight up voting record to be spin.

Sometimes he voted with dems, sometimes against them. Point being, he broke down each and every piece of legislation and voted on the merits therein.

What is your basis for suggesting that someone vote for harris?

I credit Madame Pelosi for this cleverly orchestrated ruse of holding a vote that was absolutely meaningless (half the funds had already been released, the other half would be released regardless of the outcome of the vote) so that congressmen in swing states would have some cover.

Congressman Kratovil is a wonderful example of a new and independent generation of thinking leaders. He bases his oppinions on facts, not parties...and that independence makes him a valuable to resource for our beloved State of Maryland.
