I dont now so much about rock raiders. I mean, how popular was the theme and so on? Anyway I like the old lego stuffs better. When System logo still was on the cardboard. It felt a little more like bricks. Now it feels like its childishly.

i had tunnel transport, loader dozer, and rapid rider. Rock Raiders were awesome. They r better than the power miners.

I believe that Rock Raiders and Power Miners are equally as compatiable. However, Power Miners also has more variety in the terms of the monsters than the Rock Raiders, mastermatt568.
