i was hunting around on youtube for a beautiful version of this song, and i was struggling to find one which held enough emotion, i have sung this a few times myself, and this is, in my opinion the best version i can find, beautifully pitched both vocally and emotionally, stunning!

Absolutely my favorite Handel aria never mind the sorrowful lyrics. Still, Cristina delivered it with depth of emotions and clear enunciation. Please give her a 40 piece orchestra and 24 bit recording to do her singing of this song justice. 94/100
