I grew up on a diet of RJD from Elf through Rainbow and on to Sabbath and his creation of Dio itself and remember being told to 'Stand up and Shout' from the front row, still in my teens. The man was larger than the sum of his talents and his voice rode higher than any metal mastery could imagine and lifted all the true fans to a different place. It was a sad day when Ronnie was rudely called to leave us all and we miss him, still...the greatest rock vocal in history; we miss you man.
