I think u have the right of having what u want on ur bday..it is defenately applicable for friends and family birthdays though! i love ur videos, but u shouldn't be dieting as u work out 5 days a week..i work out 6 days a week and try to eat healthy, but i eat a lot, i am constantly hungry. my metabolism has gone up very much since i started in september..i am slim but can eat as much as i want now , exercize has changed my life xxx

mmmh i really disagree with this video.... i think that if u are healthy eating and exercizing all year round u can have ur cake and eat it..and not exercize!!!!!!!!!!! it is not gonna make u fat, once a year...healthy living is a lifestile, not a period of dieting..

You can also put a can of crushed pineapple in a yellow or white cake mix. Just sift the mix first & add pineapple then bake til toothpick comes out clean.350 oven. ENJOY!!!!

I hate sugar because of my extremely sensitive teeth, but I feel bad when I deprive my guests of the nummies THEY want. I like this idea of of having some sugarfree cupcakes for myself, and then something with sugar for everyone else. (I also am apparently the only person in my group of friends who hates icing)
