naturalthing1, unless you live in koreA or you are Korean yourself how do you know what their full culture is like? If they are the shame of Asia then what about a person who likes to complain? What does that person become?
Omg why are some people such racists? And Korea isn't a bad place to visit if you got the right places. And for the Japanese dude who commented a while ago, in a lot of Japanese marts you have to pay separately at different corners. If you like Japan than go watch something Japanese, why watch Korea and tell others while swearing that it's bad
the groceries store looks pretty normal in all asian countries,,almost all asian countries has little food court in front of the stores,,and the promotion things are common as well,,
@naturalthing1 wow 30 years behind compared to Japannnnnnnnn.
It looks a lot like Mexican supermarket Soriana, they have the food court, and the lobsters (they also have fish ._.) and the weird offers that make no sense, and the organization of the store in general, I mean even things are placed in similar places... is fun to see the similarities between Korea and my country , Mexico :'D
watch the employees make the food because you can't read the instructions, lol, that is ingenius!! A whole year in Korea and I never did that. I will next time.
why pantene!? I bought this red container shit shampoo and rinse in Korea and it's the most beautiful thing in the world and it smells like snap pees and omfg i miss it ....
@saske1946 lol yes in *north Korea, you can't film anything. But in South Korea, it;s okay. Nobody mind about it.. of coures you don't have to be allowed to film. :)
Wow it so wierd the markets in korea are exacly like in mexico expet for the free sample.over there its more spread around..but i think im gonna get use to korea faster then i thought
You guys Rock!!!!! Most folks go to Korea and knock the culture as being too different from the North American culture. You guys highlighted the many positive aspects of your shopping experiences. Good on you guys! I lived in Korea for five years and fell in love with the people and the culture. I am now back in America and I am truly missing Korea. Good Job!!!
You are sooooooooooo like dutch people going on vacation :' we need to stuff our car up full of things you can't buy in another country, because we just can't do without our dutch products' I love you guys anyway.....
@ozaki1 Yes, we know that. However, when you're in Korea for 2 days and need to buy shampoo and no one speaks English, sometimes you have to get creative. Now we can read Korean with no problem.
@simonandmartina That's great. I know so many foreigners think that they don't need to learn the language because they don't encounter the situation they MUST know Korean usually.
@JosKiddin japanese and korean are syllabaries. chinese is symbol oriented and is competely different than the japanee and korean writing system. for japanese except for 2 letters every letter is a syllabary with consonant+vowel, but korean has individual letter for all vowels and consonants
@Serenitypinkity beginning consonant + vowel + bottom consonant = one complete letter. beginning consonant + vowel still makes up a letter, and you need at least both of them to make a letter
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
@ozaki1 they don't need to learn it. Hangul is a dirty language. Korean is for stupid people. That's why they don't use Kanji and Kana like smart Japanese
@naturalthing1 Hello, Fucking OZAKI JAPANESE MONKEY BOY! Shame on Japanese! your language copied Chinese Character. that's why you are monkies which copy any others!
