So good. A host of anxieties that come with having a body--the letting of blood, sex, decay, the menace of other people, vermin, parasites, vicious animals--all passing through the frame and through the dreamers' heads. Then one of the dreamers, the woman at the end, wakes and drags one of those anxieties--the recalcitrant, growling dog--to the door and throws him outside. Didn't much like the eye at the end, but that's a quibble.
"Hypnoerotomachia" -- "the strife of love in a dream" is a famous Renaissance book from about 1510, reputedly the most beautiful ever printed, with mysterious illustrations based on antique designs. Also called "The Dream of Polyphilius," it is written in 'Macheronic" a combination of languages. No one knows who wrote it or what it means. Some think it is about the unity of all religions (or "natural religion"). Polyphilius means "lover of all." It was printed by Aldus Manutius in Venice.
I didn't mean my dad was a director) he was one of the chief animators. but my mom says that`s it looks like he did everything by himself, exept the idea. well, she`s right)
@vespacurry He also directed "Aviators", which is VERY different - it's a fun and family-friendly cartoon. If you go to mults/spb/ru (replace the slashes with dots) and enter "Авиаторы" into the search box, you'll be able to watch it.
Good heavens, seriously? By the way... does your dad, perchance, know why Igor Kovalyov made a film with his name as the title? I've been wondering about that. :) The text at the end of the film says that it is about some events that happened 30km from Kiev in the town of Bucha and that he was the only witness.
Yep, the full title of the book that this is based off is "Hypnerotomachia Poliphili". It was first published in 1499. Check wikipedia for more information.
Вздрочнул. Самое удивительное что у меня нет члена и я антропоморфная гипножаба в вакууме.
