i havnt been back there 4 sum tym now but im counting the days wen i can go n jst tke a vacation 2 one of their beautifull resorts wit amazing beaches....blame ur travel agent 4 not guiding u 2 thr rite places!

Fiji is very backwards. That is one of the charms, Go inland, go down to the coral coast, U will see the attraction i have to fiji.. Talk to the people they are the nicest people you will ever meet

Yeah, I know. We went to the Yasawas ans met some wonderful people. Even attended a church service and had lunch with the reverend. It was very special. This movie really is just a first impression. We were kind of surprised at that time. But later on we were surprised again at the kindness of (most of) the Fijians.

Sadly, this was also my experience on Fiji. This one guy wanted to sell us some carvings and acted really nice until I didn't have the time to drink some of his kava and politely declined. He became very rude indeed. Luckily we ended up drinking kava with some great people on Nacula later on (at Nabua Lodge).

No assumptions here. My experience has been that the Fijian indians were liars, rude and unreliable. The Native Fijians wre not. GerardNL appears to agree with me as well
