  • hello hetal n anuja,where can I find sun-dried tomatoes?

  • @saipreeti9

We get ours from Costco but most grocery stores should carry it. You may have to ask an attendant to help you locate it.

  • I have all ingredients but I couldn't find sun-dried tomatoes ,i dont know in which aisle should I search it.pls let me know.

  • Hi, I bought penne pasta long back (about 4-5months back) . There is no expire date on it. I'm afraid to use it after long time, Can i use it now? Thanks.

  • @Snowysharvary : If the packet is still sealed, it should be fine.

  • @ShowMeTheCurry i used half of it long back... half more left ! can i use?

  • I wanna try this receipe but I was wondering if I have to use artichoke or is that optional .

  • @saipreeti9 : yes, they are optional :)

  • I have ragu alfredo n marinara sause ready. so just boil pasta n put those sauses in thea ?

  • @reenachitra

You can add those sauces in this recipe but please try it as is (without the sauce)...its really good.

  • Italian Pasta Is Just like Italian Man... A little bit of effort, a lot of satisfaction !!

  • Thank you for a great video! I followed some of your other videos. What brand of saute pan are you cooking in? It's nice and deep for what you are using it for and also stir fries.

  • @pucrob

The pan is Tools of the Trade but unfortunately we cannot find this large size anymore...think they stopped making it.

  • I tried this last night and it was a great hit with all my friends.>Thank you guys for uploading this video

  • as i know in Itally they use al dente pasta this one on the video looks like overcooked

  • Going vegan has numerous health benefits, like lowering the chance of acquiring specific heart diseases. Still, it's crucial to appreciate a vegan meal. I desire to share some vegan recipes but youtube wont let me post here, so I put it on my profile.

  • I guess you should make it for your Valentine then...

    ;)

  • one word: YUMMY!!!!!

  • Wow this is great HQ video i see here.. and the colorful pasta looks good in such a quality.. pretty well shot one.. keep it up!

  • how come you haven't added any cheese

  • @iqrar

uh, Hetal added parmesan cheese right after the pine nuts

  • I've made something like this before, but never even thought of adding lemon juice. I'm going to try that. I'll use more basil, a chiffonade, and cook it in instead of the Italian spice mix; can't eat oregano. They're expensive now, but the multi-colored peppers make it so pretty! And they're so good for you, too. I can't wait to cook this. I even have pignolias in the house, so maybe tomorrow.

Thanks again, ladies. Another perfect show.

  • Since we're not using a traditional tomato based sauce, the lemon juice really adds a nice tangy flavor (don't use too much, though).

  • sure you can!

  • yes u can

  • This is great ...but more of Indian pasta thier italian style....but good

  • oh i make this a lot....i just love it...except that i use lots of spinach and strips of paneer too...also, i add little bit of pasta water and some cream for more sauce..and i add red chilli paste instead of chilli flakes....try it..its nice too...

  • i forgot to mention you shouldn't use a silicon spoon/plastic spoon when stirring pasta. use a wooden spoon instead and it'll be easier :)

  • this recipe is great but i have a suggestion... maybe toss the pasta instead of trying to stir that large of an amount because you end up with broken pasta noodles. either toss between two bowls or use large serving spoons to gently lift and drop until mixed thoroughly.

  • love your recipes!! I have a question if you dont mind. Today I tried the naan recipe but I dont know what I did wrong, the naan became too hard. Do you know why?Its because I dont have the pizza stone?or the yeast was old? or I left it too long in the oven?Hope u can help me. Thank you and keep the good work!!

  • looks great! makes me hungry. : )
