lol.. that would be amazing if wii can pick up the different swing planes of the player. plus i don't think that the controller will be able to tell that you're trying to "open" or "close" your clubface at impact.
As a golfer in real life...I really hope there are simulation settings versus what seemed like overly simplistic controls...Do you know if the game senses the diffference between a swing that would produce a slice versus a draw in real life? Only reply if you've 1) played Wii golf 2) Know how to hit a draw and slice in real life.
