@Dojan5 isnt there a way to bypass that now? with a simple switch or something... just move the .bin file into the installation directory to fake an SID specifically for windowblinds? u have to end process tree before installation finishes and just move the file into the installation directory =)
somehow my dragon disappeared with the flames as well... anyone know how to get that back, i tried rebooting and reinstalling

Reboot PC
Install Windows Blinds Enhanced Ver 6.3
Replace Sig6.bin in the WB folder then restart computer

window blinds are not resource hog. i only have 512 mb ram and it works fine. startup is fast and multitasking is also fast.

Nope...
You can do it illegally by changeing the SID (Note: changeing the SID is NOT illegal!)
And then you gotta move a .bin file into the WindowBlinds directory...
But, if done wrong this might mess up your computer, so don't do it.
The only safe way is to legally buy WindowBlinds and that is what i recommend
