  • Hi! Yes I am Jonathan Green, author of Night of the Necromancer. Have you read Temple of the Spider God?

  • @UlyssesQuicksilver Not read it here in the Czech Republic, I did not work either.

  • @UlyssesQuicksilver Oh it is a digital gamebook. Maybe I would rather prefer paper. But I can not speak English well, I'll put everything into the Google translator. When it was in Czech so I might try. I am a conservative. Anyway, I love gamebooks Fighting Fantasy and I would be happy if all parts were published in Czech.

  • Great! Do you know if Perseus published any of my gamebooks?

  • @UlyssesQuicksilver Perseus gave 39 parts by Wizards of the fiery mountain to the Fangs of Fury and four parts of Magic. Then he began to publish a series Negart Group from the Czech authors but I do not like. In another publisher came out with us the Grail Quest series. The publisher AFSF have already gone bankrupt long ago but here came the first 15 parts series Lone Wolf by Joe Dever. Currently based Lone Wolf Publishing Mytago again. There's more to know that you wrote the gamebook.

  • @UlyssesQuicksilver You Jonathan Green? You wrote the Temple of the Spider god how I learned on your site. This gamebook probably come out with us. As for the genre of science fiction or fantasy published by us a few stories from the world of Warhammer and Warhammer 4000.

  • @UlyssesQuicksilver You wrote or co-gamebooks FF already in our country apart.

  • I'd just bought it if it came out in the Czech Republic. I can not very well English. We came out a lot of Fighting Fantasy gamebook published by Perseus. I have all what we came for. I've got 43, including four-piece Magic.

  • I went through a lot of work, even killing the winter king and getting the soul stone and then died because I didn't have certain codewords -.-

  • Played the book a couple of times and it's very good. Better than Werewolf I'd say, though similar in the respect you can gain special abilitoes throughout the game rather than pick a few at the start as in past gamebooks. Also I think this is the only FF book that doesn't involve any item collection. (Pretty difficult when you're a ghost...) The codewords system is used to good effect instead of the 'If you have a certain item' style mechanic. Anyway, the book is certainly recommended!

  • AWESOME!

  • Can't wait!, and loving the final cover.
