i'd rather go blind is not "by" beyonce, it is performed by beyonce, but etta james is the original artist. give etta some love, she deserves it. she had so much potential and she was just phenomenal and i know that nobody can argue with me here. beyonce is a great singer, but etta james isnt getting as much credit for HER songs than beyonce. like if you agree.

I think Etta's version is more soulful and u can almost feel her pain. Having said that , I will add that in my opinion Beyounce is one of the most attractive women in entertainment today. U have to admit though, that Etta was very foxy when she first recorded "the song"
