baruch college academics

transfering here from queens college since i decided to choose accounting or economics as my major. So far it has a disappointment. THe students and staff members a pretty rude and the city is hot and noisy. Especially in the summer. Diversity? Seems like the school is 90% asian. I'm asian myself but i find that a bit creepy.

Is it really hard to transfer over ther to baruch?? I currently go to Santa monica college on Los angeles california and thinking to transfer to the baruch but i am wondering what are they firm requirements and conditions..

@srkanusa As long as you have at least a 3.0 and are a us citizen with up to date vaccines you should be fine. You will be better off doing direct admissions because it is faster than going through Albany, they have housing so might not have to worry about where you will stay, the tuition is kind of high so be prepared for that. You will have to take a math placement and a SIMnet test (a test on Microsoft Excel).

I got a great education at Baruch. The professors there are top notch, and I got a bang for the buck!
