The balrog sure does look like a dragon.... Also If you know who made the balrog mod. he should be about 3X as big. Not to mention He has a fire whip thing too. and he can breath fire.... You can only install mods on a PC. Apparently there is a way to install them on consoles but it requires modding the console and putting the game on your hard drive, plus not everything will work.

You're correct, the only limitations are that you can't install OMOD's because of limited use of 3rd party programs like the OMOD one, and you can't use things that require OBSE because it uses a different launcher than vanilla or SI Oblivion.

You could just extract the OMOD's and copy them onto your console's hard drive, but yeah, things like OBSE won't work, and with Morrowind, that would suck because you wouldn't be able to run MGE.
