Sanctuary's one of the cheapest cards in the game, next to Crusade, which is duh win.
Still this card is extremely useful, can't imagine a Union game without it.
Gotta love that Sanctuary card. It was pretty much overkill in the end. That same card saved my butt many times in Yggdra Union.
