Very cool, to have this in your "own backyard", so to speak. In the spirit of the writer below, when I see birds, when I see the birds flitting around our neighbourhood, I am reminded of the Far Side carton whose caption is "same planet, different world".

Sometimes the best sights can be seen close to home...In our area Bald Eagles winter at a local lake...Birds living their lives...doing their bird things are fascinating to watch.

'Scuse me for jumpin' in here, but did you know that Dan is an amazing fine artist? He does oil paintings and other mediums, I think his work is museum worthy & collectible. He has a master's hand, and I am very proud to feature 2 of his works prominently on display in my livingroom.

Yes, as a great artist, Dan excels at whatever he touches, but he may be one of the great painters of all time, and I, for one, hope to see many more of his masterpieces.
