  • guys i want your opinion.....i train every day.....splitt training.... this order.....1 chest,triceps,schoulder..... 2 upper back biceps lower arms......3 leggs abs kalves lower back...... mostly every day, sometimes i rest on saturday...im 24 years old 182 and 90 Kg 14 % body fat.......im wondering if i dont rest enough , but i never have any problems recovering.......PLEASE comment

  • @looijz u'd probly see better gains in strength and size if you did this:

    1. Chest tri Delt

    2. Lats Bis abs

    3. rest

    4. Legs Calves forearms

    5. Rest

    I assume u do deadlifts on leg day thats why its lower back too? train your forarms on leg day and dont use straps for DLs and do some grippers or wrist curls along with them. My forearms are nearly always sore after doing deadlifts. And you might feel like your getting enough rest but youd be surprised how much stronger u are after good rest

  • What can he do about the sides of the chest? I have that same problem or something similar but I weigh a lot less. I'm 6'0" and I weigh 190. I was planning on bulking up sometime in the next few weeks so I was wondering will that go away when I start bulking or do I just need to do more cardio?

  • Damn the kid beat me too it. I also find myself having some of that loose skin. I was 337 pounds in December 2010 14 months later I'm sitting at 224 feeling much better. I was wondering also what to do for this loose skin from losing all this weight. I guess I'll just keep working at it and hopefully it will go down some more. you guys are great man keep with the vids.

  • @buddy767 I'm about 6 feet tall, lost 40 pounds in about 3 months (200 to 160) with moderate intensity work outs every other day. Just eat lots of vegetables, get your couple servings of fruits in there, and NO fast food and absolutely NO soda. Good luck my man!

  • @NevaSayNoToPanda You ''split'' different muscle groups in to different days. Instead of doing 4-5 muscle groups a day, several times a week with low intensity,.. you do a split where you hit a muscle group just very hard for 1 day and let it rest.

  • @PumpDAIron Thats a good split, but I wouldnt train back two back days twice per week. I typically do back to back days for legs (saturday) and Chest/tris (monday) every other day has a workout day and a rest day. But yeah dude, if you can handle going back to back, by all means stay with it. Your still young, so keep at it.

    then repeat. I take rest days if Im still sore from the previous cycle. I also insert cardio and abs seperately. typically on my own time

  • Keep it up.. youre doin great losin weight!! youll def lose anything else in boot camp though.. we had some big ppl in my plt and on graduation their own parents didnt recognize them. youll see it yourself in there. just remember to thank the drill instructors and smile big!!! (if you want to get in shape faster)

  • @kibz4Fame 5 day splits are better left to pro bodybuilders or those who reached their genetic potential imo. i feel like 3-4 day splits with compound exercises is best for begginers or those trying to make mass.

  • I have some similar problems to this dude. I weighed 252 lbs about a year ago. Went on a super low carb diet and got down to about 195lbs within 6 months. Been training 6 months since then and I am now 178lbs and that last bit of fat is a bitch to get rid of. Got myself a slightly hanging lower belly and a bit of fat on my chest but it does eventually go. Losing 1lb a week now but still getting strength gains every week. Just gotta stick at it and your body does start to look good over time....

  • @wayatyourface you need to let them rest. DO your pull ups and biceps on the same day, with good form and to failure and allow at least 5 days to help them recover. if your not sore, your not training hard enough... 8-12 reps max 6 secs rest

  • @hullukyrpa Not by walking alone. 10lbs of fat = 35,000 calories (3,500 cals in a lb. of fat). Walking a half an hour burns 'at the most' 200 cals. if your lucky (based on age, speed and weight of course). So, 200x30 days = 6,000calories... not even two pounds. It's a start toward a healthy life but not gonna meet the goal of 10lb's in month.

And in a corner there are three photos of a dude: april 2006 -kinda normal guy, with some fat on his entire body, but not excesive, april-2008 - more defined, you can see chest, abs, but still a wide middle section, and then april 2010, ripped, looking younger than 4 years before. THIS IS BODYBUILDING. It's not magic. It needs work, and time. Everything else is just bullshit.
