the Lampung police officer stole all the money from all the bags of the afghan refugees.... they took all the cash they could find in bags and pockets of the refugees. The chief of Police in Lampung, went to Jakarta with his family and stayed in 5 star hotels and spent all the money on food and alcohol (Muslim guy) and bought himself a Rolex watch with what was left of the cash.
The officers probably should have fired when he went for his fanny pack. I guess it's hard to make a judgement like that when we weren't there, but lethal force is definitely justified if someone reaches for their waistband in that situation.
