  • hey bro not sound like a egg teaching the chicken, since I'm the dude that's taking pointers from you... but when you are doing pulldowns, try stopping your arms at a  L <--- 90 degree angle, and hold for a second instead of letting your hands get up too high.... this tones REALLY well.

    again, you know more than me, so it's just a suggestion lol I'm not sure if you ever tried it, or how well it works or will work for you.

  • @ironbull2003 i change my routine up often. ive tried all positions. im most found of full extension. i got to look back at this vid to see what i was doing havent seen this vid in a while
