dnd was able to take clints style and REALLY make it like something we've never heard.

clint and his brother, are just amazing together. DND was really a stellar lineup of talent, that could take clints song-writing to a whole new level...

well yeah they are all great albums, in my opinion though, their BEST shit, the heaviest, and most unique was when clint was gone.

i think that gave john and morgan more of a voice to let that rhythmic assault side of 7dust show.

whereas with DND, you combine clint's melodic genius with his brother's, and then throw troy into the mix, and you have a recipe for track after track of amazing songs! not to mention the pipes of brett, and the drums of my boy will!

thats true man sevendusts heavyer stuff was when clint was with DND and sonny mayo came into the picture you noticed the melodys were very little along with the harmonys

morgan and josh had more of a heavy apportch like sevendusts first album it was abstract and heavy and to be honest next,alpha and shapter 4 hope and sorrow only had a few stand out tracks unlike home anamosity and seasons where you could enjoy every song so in my opinion sevendust needs clint lowery DND was great while it went

@Aerba54 Blame Warner Bros. label, they screwed the band over, wouldnt release their new album thats been pretty much done, but now in february 2012 as recently announced, the band is finally releasing the album as well as some new bonus tracks thanks to Goomba Music. :) im excited.

Great Band, Great Opening track to the album, buy yeah...the crowds in Chicago can be tough. I spent 12 years in Chicago at ROCKFUNKIN' ASS shows and sometimes the crowds would be chillin', like it's some lackluster bar band on stage. I think Chicagoans are sometimes spoiled, because it's a guarantee a band is coming thru. I remember many a show that a band has Chicago on the tour w/in its 1st 3 performances b4 the new record is out. Don't hate, I luv Shy-Town, but give back to the band.

Awesome band... nicest guys you could meet, too. Talked to them at Piere's in Ft. Wayne IN a few years back. They took us on the bus and gave us water (?), they are all very cool. Their crew is fabulous, too... we talked to them for like 30 minutes... everyone is super nice. Good to see them do well, GREAT show. We left before Seether came on. I don't even know who the second band was... we saw them open, and left.
