Its graphics is good because the pixel density of the screen hides the small imperfections. So no one can say that the graphics is better than the ps3. Also for the haters, this video has been recorded off screen and what we see here is obviously worse than it should be. Gameplay wise, I think that this Wipeout version is capable enough to play as well as the ps3, with one of its features allowing you to play WITH ps3 players.

Wipeout is about speed and combat, while F-Zero is more about speed and the racing aspect rather than feeling like a sort of futuristic mario kart that wipeout does.

Yes we have eyes but you cannot judge a console that hasn't come out yet, based on a blurry YouTube video, perhaps IGN have not enabled a graphics setting like the "Y Pb / Cb Pr / Cr Super-White" setting for the ps3. Just wait and see.

In addition, wipEout is completely different, except for the design of the ships and the fact that both games are racing games.

I've played f-zero on my gba, but I prefer wipEout, I've already been able to play it on the gamescom.

That doesn't mean that I won't like F-zero to be successfull, but I don't believe it will sell more than wipEout 2048.

if they upped the GPU in the Xperia Play to this one or close, then it would outright kill the vita. Think about it, $200-300 for a smartphone and a gaming handheld in one. The Xperia Play is by Sony (Ericsson) so you really can't deny that sony can do it. It was just to close to the release of the vita so they didnt want dedicated gamers to buy a phone/psp/thing instead of the vita.

@zrchrn You can't always know what is to come. Sony is making of a series of phones that Gameloft is making games specifically for and are aiming to make into a gaming handheld and a handset. If i was to buy a dedicated handheld, the Vita is my first choice. Unfortunately (I may have misspelled it.) Microsoft doesnt have an XBOX style handheld as I'm used to that controller. I commend sony for cramming that great 5" screen into a PSP style device and not compromizing graphics and speed.
