Pls help, I cannot delete or re-arrange any apps on my iphone. When I hold down the home botton as expected, the apps begins to shake and the x for delete are vissible but it ends there. ok when i connect my iphone 1st to my computer so it can charge only a red empty battery icon shows that it needs to charge ok so i disconnect my iphone and connect it to my wall charger and then left it for 7 hours to charge next day when i woke up it was still on the red empty battery icon i tried to press the on/off button and nothing please HELP ME PLEASE!!!!

Pls help, I cannot delete or re-arrange any apps on my iphone. When I hold down the home botton as expected, the apps begins to shake and the x for delete are vissible but it ends there. The apps cannot be re-arranged or be deleted. Restoring the iphone seems to be the only option but am afraid my phone might be unjailbroken. Can any one out there help?

ok when i connect my iphone 1st to my computer so it can charge only a red empty battery icon shows that it needs to charge ok so i disconnect my iphone and connect it to my wall charger and then left it for 7 hours to charge next day when i woke up it was still on the red empty battery icon i tried to press the on/off button and nothing please HELP ME PLEASE!!!!
