Stretching before a work out is pointless. You only stretch after being warmed up, do some running until your whole body feels warm, then stretch. Then, after working out where your muscles feel tense, SLOWLY stretch them again.
Hi guys ive got a question, why can i not feel¨the burn¨when i work out using 9KG weights, i can only do like 20, i do feel my arms burning after doing like 500 using 2kg tho..
that stretch helps stretches your abs but it really hurts your lower back bone... i've been doing this stretch for awhile now and i am really paying the price for doing this stretch because my lower back bone is really killing me...
When you do this stretch try to focus on the abs more and putting less pressure on the back, you don't want to go to far back just enough so you can feel the stretch without too much discomfort.
depends on how your muscles work. i hardly work on my abs but when i crunch until i cant nomore i got the strenght of my abs back in a week and a half. still got a wee bit of fat though but i could always cycle/run that off.

lose weight, seriously you can do all the crunches you want in the world but if you have too much fat your abs won't show
