The government of gloria just simply naive. The soldiers in the military needs better equipment, arms, ships, helicopters, planes, logistics etc. but how can this be realized? suspend all the pork barrel of congressmen and senators, cut budget of the president to 30%. We can equip the military gradually get the best incorruptible generals move civilians out of danger ...and start the fight, sea blockade to prevent anyone in malaysia joining the MILF. Philippine soveriegnity over all its territory cannot be questioned. The Mindanao armed conflict was mishandled ever since from marcos to gloria. Admittedly, there is no end in sight in this conflict, except for a total and absolute military solution. However, the military is ill equiped, it has no capabilities to sustain a protracted war, incapable to establish a naval blocake to prevent malaysians coming in and out. Malaysia has interest in the region because of Sabah. (No offense to anyone)

3-MOA-AD was a TWO SYSTEM- ONE COUNTRY arrangement, like Hongkong in relation to China, among others.

4-we can live in the 2-system PEACEFULLY or WAR for generations? dont force them to accept ONE COUNTRY-ONE SYSTEM.
