@TheDemiLFreak1 In order to make your vibrato come out, you have to realize that it isn't about forcing it. You shouldn't try to make it appear with your tongue or throat. It's all about using the air and your chords right. I suggest you try to make those siren noises that the teacher told that guy to do. First slowly, then try to fasten that up. You gotta build the habit of using vibrato into your singing. Then it will come out by itself.

I'm really not in agreement with how much this student is being asked to push his voice.  Pushing the voice in any register is unnecessary and unhealthy. I teach people to sing technically, and this is certainly something I would advise against.

This is really stupid. I always get upset when people post hate comments, but this guy does not know what he's doing. He is not teaching this right. This client or friend is going to develop a terrible FAKE vibrato that is going to be hard to get rid of.

you are most likely not singing correctly to begin with... try practicing mum mum mum on a scale and nay nay nay to get that chord closure... also try to sing half steps and speed them up little by little. for example sing B flat and B slowly and speed it up little by little.... in time you'll feel that your vibrato will kick in.
