My three misconceptions are 1. That I'm really smart and good at everything. Not true, cuz I suck at physics and chemistry, and i'm really only good at one sport and that's soccer. 2. Because I smile a lot I'm always happy. Not true, I'm actually very emotional, I just prefer to be happy even when I'm not. I'm just good at hiding it. 3. Because I was born in Louisiana, I'm automatically a Cajun. Well, true, but not everyone is Cajun. Closer and In New Orleans are Creole. There's a difference.

1) Just because my skin looks super dark in school, they assume i'm african ( i'm not, the school is cheap so their lights suck, i'm like milk chocolate)
2) Just because i don't hang out with people in school, i'm a loner who's stupid and weird. truth be told, i just don't like those people!
3) i talk to people older than me, so i look desperate. that's wrong because people around my age are usually annoying and just plain irritating

Hmm, well. 1: I am, apparently, certifiable. 2: Because I have bouts of insomnia and end up using all my friends as convienient pillows, that I am a party girl who's main function is a bed warmer. 3: I am always polite and go out of my way to be kind, so I don't experience any other emotions other then happiness, hyperness, and compassion. 3 misconceptions: 1) I have short hair, short fingernails, and don't gossip about sleeping with lots of guys, so sometimes people think I'm gay (which I'm not). 2) I have a very positive outlook on life and can be seen with a smile on my face most of the time, so people assume that I don't have "down in the dumps" days (which is not the case). 3) I'm single and have been for awhile, so people assume that I'm unhappy because I "can't find that special someone" (which I'm definitely not!)

Out of curiousity, what is your background? I think a lot of the reason people assume these things is because in the media if you look vaguely of one race, you're cast as it. The first time I saw the Canadian please video, I actually thought you were bi-racial and half-black before it hit me half-way on.

Three misconceptions:
1) I'm bi-racial. Everyone assumes my race is different than what it actually is. I'm black-white but I've gotten Indian, Latino, and lots of others.
2) I'm American. Everyone assumes I'm stupid, racist, and/or fat.
3) I'm gay! A lot of times women I have no interest in assume because of this I want to hit on them. V. awkward.
