Who do you report this too when the whole policing and court system is under one rule? The judges would never call these officers criminals, it's like if a family member was to does something wrong, you'd want to stop them from doing it but you'd still be on their side and protect them. It's the same with the government, courts and policing - They are one big family, they'd never put their own people in prison. They'd much rather protect them. All I can say is God is watching.
