Wow that was just nice, sure glad you didn't lock your camera on just your locos, That was GREAT!!! Thats an emd sd80 correct by Kato, hardly see them around nor the Ups 90macs their very rare, anyways great layout, senery, ect. Nice tail end device (fred) blinkin!!! Keep up the great vids!!!
@Blaaazer44 Don't know if anyone has told you but yes there is a NS caboose. Atlas makes to HO scale versions, one with NS and one with the Horse head logo
What rolling stock do you use because I have had a lot of problems with the Athearn stuff. The wheels have been assembled wrong so they wobble and parts have just fallen off. A few of the cars just derail for no reason.
Why the helicopter news shots of the train? -- put the camera lens flat to the surface of the layout so it appears as if an HO scale person is viewing the scene. Much better effects.
where did you get those Norfolk Souther coal cars from, ive been looking around and bachmann only has the Black ones but i want to have a mixture of the silver and black
Those aluminum hoppers are really sweet! This whole vid looks a lot like those cool NS commercials that are on CNN every day. Thanks for showing us John's awesome train!
Have you seen my coal drag with my Norfolk Southern units? In noe video, I borrowed Gary's two Conrail units because I could not pull the 80+ cars filled with real coal.
Really cool! Gotta put 2 BNSF leads and a follower on there. All the one's I've seen are all BNSF locomotives(but then again they're all in Austell,Ga.) Very nice train and very detailed! I really like it! 5*

Well you can get them on the internet, or at various hobby stores and train shows. My favorite Brands are Atlas, Athearn/Athearn Genesis, Broadway and Proto.
