I actually tried to beat this game again before the release date of D:SF.

Got ticked off when on one attempt, which was after a lot of frustrating loses, the car flipped over due to a police car slamming the car when I was turning slightly to the left on a patch of grass not too far from the garage.

This is one of the hardest things in a video game I've ever played. Even Gameshark codes for Invincibility won't automatically help because the cops/feds/whoever will still knock your car on the top of it's head, which is an ultimatic failure of the mission.

i almost did this with no damage once, right till the end, until i got hit just at the last stretch....it was part of my playthrough so its on my channel too....wasnt too impressed with it but after many times attempting it and also trying to do it damage-less...i gave up and just finished with a smashed headlight >_>

cool used a different route to me, I just go straight on then right (obviously going round the park thing partway on the main road) this level in the game is ridiculously hard though but is doable, completed it a few times. pity the other games was not as good

@playcorito Oh, I connected my PlayStation 2 to a DVD recorder (the same device I use to record and watch TV shows) using regular Audio/Video cables (the yellow white red cables), and recorded the game play on a DVD, then ripped the DVD to my computer.

I never completed this without the cheats. Maybe if i tried today, but one of my friends borrowed the game and it got stolen by some painters! I really really wanna try again, because it seemed impossible. The second, or third to last mission in Driver 2 was pure hell. The one where someone shot at you, you chased on foot, had to get in a car and either damage the car or run the car off the road. I must've tried 100 times, but one day, got it!

@mrperson200 Hi mrperson. In PSx, the "x" stands for the PlayStation number, meaning it can be PS1, PS2 etc. I put PSx, because Driver was originally made for PS1, but can be also played in PS2.

Love how it's so much more difficult than any of the other missions. You actually can tell shit hit the fan and your in deep. Not only are you persued by mad cops, but also those crazy black cars with gangsters/feds in them.

Also on driver 2, going around a curvy/windy cliff second from last mission was so bloody difficult too.

dude this is a classic game of the PlayStation. Never was able to beat the last mission without cheats. haha used invincibility but even then if was fucking hard. I'd be stuck on a wall and i was get hit so hard i would go right through the wall. Still fun as hell though. One time i got hit so far up in the air i went through the top of the building. There were a lot of glitches when it came to getting hit off the map and into a building haha.

There are actually 2 endings for this game. The difference is after Tanner walks off without his badge, instead of the end scene you see here, Tanner is driving his jeep through a tunnel.
