  • @TrY2BeaTMeNoW Thanks? No, did you not see my post? Lol, don't do it, I'm in the same shape as this guy (almost), and this fucked up my shoulder BIG time, got tendonitis. I think it was this, in combination with doing handstands starting from the cross legged seated position. Just dont do it, trust me, always be careful with dips. This guy is a badass, but don't do this exercise, I wish I never saw this video lol.

  • I was wondering if you had any injuries or joint issues that plague you and if so, how do you overcome them? I only ask because I have a bum right shoulder that take has healed funny and its hard for me to do certain exercises properly. Also, because of aforementioned right shoulder, my pecs and arms are not even. The right bi and tri compensate for the shoulder which takes away from the pec. How would I go about fixing that, in your opinion?

  • Greetings! I'm interested in this type of exercise, but it hurts my shoulder when I do it... As far as I can tell, you're using normal grip, while I use wide. Could you give me some pointers so that I don't hurt my shoulder again? Thanks!

  • @EskiLdn Use the assisted dip machine until you can do them normally, then just keep doing more every time. Obviously, tricep exercises will help.

My goal right now is 195 bench 315 squat and 405 dead lift... something along those lines. I am 5'10" and 166lbs and doing a 5x5. Please comment man I sweat your style hard.

    My main protein is Muscle Milk... which is more of a meal replacement but it just tastes so damn good. I do also sometimes mix it with Myofusion and Controlled LAbs' Golden Gains. I do also mix half a scoop of Optimum Nutrition Hydro Whey with my EAA drink for during my workout.

    I time my rest between sets. On this exercise, I usually try to rest 30 sec to 1 min sometimes slightly longer, and usually perform 5 sets.

    No, i use a variety of combination of free weights and machines/ cables. I like to incorporate body weight exercises though in my program.

    Way too much. I like to go in an average 10 times per week. Each time an average of hour and a half. Of course this includes the time I spend waiting until there's not too many folks around when I vid myself. Don't want to look like a douche in front of too many people. LOL!
