I only ask because I have a bum right shoulder that take has healed funny and its hard for me to do certain exercises properly. Also, because of aforementioned right shoulder, my pecs and arms are not even. The right bi and tri compensate for the shoulder which takes away from the pec. How would I go about fixing that, in your opinion?

My main protein is Muscle Milk... which is more of a meal replacement but it just tastes so damn good. I do also sometimes mix it with Myofusion and Controlled LAbs' Golden Gains. I do also mix half a scoop of Optimum Nutrition Hydro Whey with my EAA drink for during my workout.
You look absolutely shredded what I really want to know is how healthy and how little do you have to eat to be that shredded. I just cant stand eating chicken and brocolli all day.

@EskiLdn Use the assisted dip machine until you can do them normally, then just keep doing more every time. Obviously, tricep exercises will help.

I time my rest between sets. On this exercise, I usually try to rest 30 sec to 1 min sometimes slightly longer, and usually perform 5 sets.
