put it into the microwave for a fraction of a second, you should hear a cracking noise and thats it. if the chip fails, they will do it the old way and just slide it through that optical scanner to just scan the stuff at the bottom, which is basically just your name and passport ID, the usual stuff, and then they will probarbly do the good old face comparison. but it might also blister, i dont know, i only know it will toast the chip.
