FYI, this isn't Gregorian Chant. This is a kind of polyphony. Gregorian Chant is much simpler and conducive to prayer. Polyphony is magnificent for lifting the spirit and heart to Almighty God. As beautiful as this is, it isn't Gregorian. Thanks.

I hate the camera guy taking these photos. If I lived in those days and was lucky enough to have a camera, I would have probably spent less time photographing the people and more time photographing what they were looking at!

I guess they didn't have photography schools back then! But hey, common sense should've been enough....

@SuperNicaChica No I haven't seen Exodus Decoded yet. Is that the documentary about experiments showing the Ark of the Covenant was a functioning capacitor?? To understand what was witnessed at Fatima, you'd need to read up on the Jeurgens/electric model of the Sun, the spiral nature of Birkeland currents (also called space tornados) and the glow discharge mode of plasma. I also question why this wasn't seen all over the world but SOMETHING happened there. The people in the pictures are seeing something. They left satisfied and something happened. Not only that but what happened there changed the lives of the children that saw it forever. I just wish that someone would post newspaper articles of this because it was a facist government at the time and despite their threats people still showed up and left satisfied.

@emilnow I knew a person who had origonal footage of the event; more specifically it showed the children praying insync, I was told they were praying in ancient Arimeic,as they asended to the site they would pray for awhile then droped to their knees upon jaged rocks their knees were busted open&bleeding but never showed any sign of pain ;they were in a complete trance. the dancing of the sun was childs play in comparison this footage exists I wonder why it hasn't been posted on youtube.

If this so-called "miracle" happened (specifically, the one where it's claimed that the "sun danced around the sky"), how come NO ONE ELSE IN THE ENTIRE WORLD noticed it? There were millions of men in the trenches in France at this time, and if the sun had ACTUALLY "danced around the sky", I think that's the sort of thing that would have been noticed.

There's nothing that makes this fairy-tale any more believable than any OTHER cult's fairy-tales, especially in light of the fact that NO-ONE ELSE IN THE ENTIRE WORLD SAW THIS SUPPOSED "MIRACLE"; there were thousands upon thousands of soldiers in the trenches in Europe, fighting WW1, so if the sun had "danced around the sky" as claimed, I'm pretty sure that they would have noticed it, right?

@StaceyC123 We somewhat understand natural order but we can not understand God's mystery..I taught some science and studied space.Was an amature astronomer and a pretty good one.I absolutely believed as you did..I actually hated anyone talking about God..I had a very incredible experience with God..No fantasy.No illusion..I have tons of friends and they have no trouble believing me.This experience changed some of their lives.I am not a lier.Satan is real.Many believe in evil but not God.

Of the available explanations, I know that both mass hysteria and outright lies are MUCH, MUCH more likely (and believable) than any sort of supernatural hocus-pocus such as your cult proposes. If the sun actually "danced around the sky", there is absolutely no way for that to have gone un-noticed anywhere else on the planet, which puts the nail in the coffin for this supposed "miracle". And, your imaginary "satan" is just as imaginary as your imaginary "god".

The common sense is that there is absolutely NO EVIDENCE for this nonsense. If the sun had actually "danced around the sky" at noon in Portugal, as your cult claims, then that means there would have been multiple sunrises and sunsets at exactly the same time at the edges of the shadow that form night and day on earth (which would have been visible from the central US and from India). meaning that the peasants and priests that claim to have seen this happen were either LYING (a definite possibility, since everyone in your cult would like to be able to claim witnessing a "miracle"), or they were having a fit of mass hysteria, of the same sort that teenage girls go through when they think they catch a glimpse of their favourite singer or movie star (the most likely explanation).
